Compilation of 4 videos shot over different locations of this year's fireworks display for National Day Parade. The videos were shot over 4 different weekends and synchronised in a mulitcam shot. Shot with ZV-E1 and 28mm lens on a gimbal. Should have used the 20mm for a wider view and lower fstop. Will be better prepared the next time 😃 #fireworks #ndp2023 #nationaldaycelebration

Club Med Sahoro in March [Full video]
มุมมอง 7Kปีที่แล้ว
The Lokes went for on a 7D ski trip to Club Med Sahoro (Hokkaido Japan). This is the first trip for the 4 of us post-covid and Zark wanted to go skiing before he enlist for National Service. The last time we skied was in 2016 and this time we decided to go with Club Med to try out their all inclusive ski holiday. We are glad we did. The kids had fun and most things were well taken off by Club M...

Mar 2023 holiday trip to Club Med Sahoro
มุมมอง 497ปีที่แล้ว
It's been too long since the 4 of us travelled together (no thanks to Covid19). Decided to do a ski trip to Hokkaido. We chose to go with Club Med thanks to the wonderful experience we had (sans Zark who can't travel due to his internship) at Club Med Bintan. Heard good things about Sahoro and decided to go there. It was a wonderful trip and we hope you like this short video showing just some o...

Very impressive place!
Did you experience mountain altitude sickness? (高反)
At 3,000m (Shangri-la and Mt Yulong mid plains) you feel shortness of breath and a little tightness between your temples. But nothing major. The oxygen bottles did help and advisable to carry at least one.
Hello, if possible can you tell me how many days you spent in this tour and how to get these places after landing on kunming airport?
@@abdullahalnoman977 hi. We spent 6 days on this tour. Took a train from Kunming to Dali and hired a private car with driver to bring us through those areas.
happy family 🎉
Nice view and great holiday 😊 really enjoy your video
镜头都很美哦 很直观地展现了各个景点是个什么样子
Ck wooiooooooo❤❤❤❤❤
Very beautiful i love New Zealand good job guys love the music.
Wow what a wonderful trip. Thank you
Great video. And your choice of music was appreciated. 113 km/h near Omarama? Never mind, Constable Bean wasn't there.
Thank you! I don’t remember going at such a ludicrous speed in the camper. Could be due to inaccurate GPS reading
😊
Thank you for the footage, really helps on my planning for early next year for 2 weeks in South Island. Which drone did you use? I don't think it's been mentioned here.
Glad it was of some help to your planning. I was using a DJI Mavic. The first version.
Amazing video!
You are so kind
Great trip nice family
Thanks so much
Hi, thank you for the video and the very comprehensive itinerary. We are going in Nov! So your doc is super duper useful, thank you so much. I noticed you have several photos of star gazing. Did you go for those stargazing tour or just see the stars from your camp site? Like naked eyes? no need equipment? Thanks.
Thank you for your kind words! For areas like Mount Cook and Tekapo, the surroundings are dark enough for you to see the stars with naked eyes but you will need a camera with long exposure to capture them properly. We booked for an astronomy tour in Tekapo but was cancelled due to poor weather - that was a missed opportunity as we heard good things about it .
@@uncaloke thank you so much for your prompt response. May i know which astronomy tour did u book pls? Thank goodness for your tips about campervan. I didnt know we need power sites to power on the car every 2 days! may i know based on your experience, was it hard to drive campervan in arthur's pass as it's our first time, and arthur's pass is on the 2nd day of the 22 days itinerary, same as yours too.
@@christinechan8081 it’s Crater Experience. You can refer to sn 13 on the google doc link for some more details. Driving the camper is relatively easy. We didn’t find any trouble with the roads in NZ. Are you using the camper for 22 days? It can get quite stale and cramped.
@@christinechan8081 I’ve some more videos on my channel covering the trip. Look for them under my channel video list.
@@uncaloke I am at your Part 3 :) Really love all your videos!! Super clear and the flow is really good! Kudos to all of you doing Roy's peak. I am not sure if we should do it, as i have also a P1 with me. Your daughter was also p1 then right? Oh yes, may i ask about 2 things pls: 1. your experience with sand flies. Which place do u rem was really bad? Any recommendation for repellent pls? 2. Do you all just wear normal sports shoes or those hiking boots? Thank you
lovely video! I'm curious, where is the location at 15:53?
Thanks! That's Lake Pukaki, near Mount Cook.
@@uncaloke thank you!
@@uncaloke interesting choice of route because usually people would do the other way (tekapo, mt cook, Queenstown, haast, franz). what made you took the route you chose? I'm asking because I'm planning for my trip in Oct and your video just make me super excited!
@@lesliekoh No special reason, other than to follow one of the itinerary from TripAdvisor. 😃 Oct would be nice, away from NZ school holidays, slightly chillier weather, better views at glaciers and Mt Cook.
@@uncaloke thank you for sharing! Gonna be following your itinerary for my trip!
Awesome video guys. As a family you all rock! Thanks for sharing and bringing back some great memories for us
Hi Which month you were travelling and how s the weather? seems so nicee to travel with kids
thanks for the amazing video and itinerary, it helps when planning for our NZ trip. cheers

Really great video guys, thank you!
Hi Loke. Awesome NZ video. Heading that way with my family. I was wondering about the itinerary campsite for each nite. Do you have info to share for each nite. Did you have to book ahead? Heading in on November 2022. coming in for 13days. FLying out on the 13th day. Which one would you cut? ive done skydiving. so we can scratched that out. i noticed you went to two flower garden too. My son is 9. thnx in advance.
I’ve compiled my itinerary here docs.google.com/document/d/1S0dcvQZm2fDiZ0snzPztVYFK-8oUsMO0z4cYR8LRMMI/edit?usp=sharing Hope this helps 😃
@@uncaloke Thank you very much! just saw your reply. We are booked for Nov :D
Such an awesome video. Well done. looking forward to seeing more
Thank you so much for the video It's very helpful!
Great life advice for someone in their 20's. I think the biggest challenge is overcoming our insecurities this is what prevents us from approaching the girls that we desire.
Lovely video, what an adventure!
May i know how much u spent for 15days? The helicopter seems very pricey!
We spent S$20.5k in total, averaging about $4k per pax. The helicopter ride was worth the money though. Go for it!
@@uncaloke include air tickets? If purely expenses without air tickets then quite exp! Need to save uo bullets! 🤭
@@beeteelim218 Yes include air tix. We could have saved more time by eating out more often but overestimated our expenses and chose to be more conservative during the trip.
@@uncaloke $4k per pax that's about my budget but exclude the heli +skydiving experience. Think the campervan is quite pricey during their summer. Now waiting NZ to open for Sg!
👏👏👏

HI NAME TOP 5 PLACES MUST VISIT FROM YOUR TRIP
Mount Cook, Lake Tekapo, Milford Sound, Castle Hill, FranzJosef
Thanks for sharing, what an amazing trip. We are planning for January 2022, may I ask if you were happy with the Britz?
I’ve no complaints with Britz. Just be aware that the toilet in the camper drains water slowly when you shower so we hardly used it.
That was so amazing trip.. Wanna be there soon❤

Great job and some wonderful footage. I struggled with the music though. Would much prefer normal background noise. 🙂
