stuff is crazy i think my generation is about the worst im 24 i seen so much, i fish 20 hours a week from bank, boats, kayaks wade everything. i cant seem to get away from it. i almost fell down a rock wall wading because i got my foot tangled up in line. i dont understand the stuff either its ashamed

While we lived in Clearwater FL. We would see them swim by us. Super cool animals

Not something everybody gets a chance to see especially when they stick around like that.
My autistic son is so fascinated by sea cows that we made a trip from Europe to Florida just to give all of us a chance swimming with those peaceful creatures. That was about ten years ago.We will never forget the wildlife we encountered in Florida. I have been to many places, but never did I experience a place with that many fish.
I am glad that you had a wonderful time in Florida. The springs are such a beautiful place, and the wildlife plentiful.
@@georgeward2002 I remember when me and my daughter were snorchelling in a big spring. Nobody wanted to enter the water as two big cotton mouth snakes were sunbathing beside the pool. We decided that no snake would jump into the cold water and swim up to us and try to bite us. It did not seem a danger. And of course it wasn't. Us and the snakes did leave each other alone. I was a bit scared when a diamond rattle snake would rest 3 feet from our car door. So I did not go out of the car there. The worst and scariest was the masses of aggressive mosquitoes. We would run trying to avoid the swarms.

I did canoeing trips on the Withlacoochee, the Ocklawaha and Peace river for a couple of years. I don't think we ever saw them on the Peace, but definitely did on one of the others, it was truly an incredible experience for a boy from Indiana!

Devil's Fork State Park on Lake Jocassee in SC. Amazing area. Lake has trout and smallmouth, along with good size largemouth.

Those weedless frogs are so hard to keep a bass hooked up on. If you take some pliers and bend the hooks out a little you'll get more fish to the boat. This is the voice of experience speaking.
I appreciate the info. This is not a frog. It is a soft plastic toad with a double toad hook.
Hooks on my frogs are already bent out.
