I've been interacting with Pimax since their first 3DoF headset in the Dk1 days, they are a horrible company to deal with. All the negatives you pointed out and responses from Pimax are the exact same issues I've pointed out to their reps and engineers in the past, and I've heard the exact same, "We have an update coming out that will fix (x)" response only to never see a fix put in place or a hardware revision fixing obvious engineering issues. Anyone at the consumer level should be spending their HMD money elsewhere with a reputable manufacturer.
