This is how I believe you can deal with the hardest times of your life. Life is not always fun or easy, it is what makes life worth living. Chances are you will go through harder times than you know and you will survive. Learning to understand that every moment is just temporary is a cheat code to life.

I'm an American and have been to a few countries in Asia and Europe - and in fact lived and went to school in Europe as a teenager in Belgium and the Netherlands. I have been to tropical countries in SE Asia and many Pacific islands, and even within the US have lived in the south and spent significant time in Texas and Florida. A word about the weather - which I see tons of comments about in these videos and how the UK has "shit weather". Weather in NW Europe, especially in the summer, can be fantastic, in my opinion. Belgium and the NL have very similar weather to the UK. Yes, it can be cold, drizzly, damp and gloomy in the wintertime, but the long summer days are glorious with mild temperatures and great growing conditions if you like to garden. You also seldom get hard freezes and a lot of heavy snow or ice. Remember when you go to hot places, especially if you're fair skinned like a lot of people of northern European descent are - the heat can and will wear on many people, especially if you're not accustomed to it. The intense sun can be hard to take. The humidity in some places can be overpowering. It can be hot and unpleasant most days and you end up spending time in the AC. The risk of skin cancer becomes more of a thing as you get older. Sweating all the time is not necessarily fun. Think hard about it and visit a few times before making a move so you really know what you're getting yourselves into, especially if you're making a full-time move.

By tradition you live in a very inequal society and pretty much still in upstais and downstairs. Upper class still ruling. When I look at your parliament I have to pinch myself - is this from 2024 and not 1924? So old fashioned and still two chambers. If I compare to Sweden - which I do not claim to be better but different. Since 1971 we have only one chamber which the pople vote for. No nobilities ruling anymore. Our chamber is new after 1971 built to serve modern standards. When I look at the english chamber I wonder - how can you work there? Crambed together and you papers in your lap. Interesting is also that in Scandinavia there is nothing corresponding to the word "sir". We do not use Mr or Mrs/Miss anymore. Everone is called "you" (except king /queen/crown princess) since 3 of july 1967 - titles disappeared. So I think one problem in UK is lack of modern reforms - and yes you are by tradition very conservative. That can be very constructive but also a snare around your neck.

Just find a single video that worked well for you, or make one with the iteration approach and then do that which made it work until it stops improving your results, then again, analyze and improve. Many countries have healthcare that is far better than the UK. Most of the time you need to pay a little bit for private health insurance sure, but the overall cost of healthcare is far smaller than what we pay for the NHS through taxes. I'll take many other countries healthcare over the UK any day, at least when you call the doctors you actually get through to them and make an appointment fast rather than 3+ weeks away from when you have your issue.
