Thank you for your comment, and that’s a very good question. No one can time the market. I do think that it is very market specific, so you need to pay attention to local experts and watch local numbers. In my video, I give a ton of statistics, because I think it’s important to look at the whole picture. I do think Folsom does, and always will, fare better comparatively. We have held strong on our price per square foot which tells a lot. Thank you for your comment!
