Its full again because their could be a clog in the baffle? Or your leech field is saturated and has failed?
Hi @draintech87! That could also be it - the second one especially in Central Florida after a storm. Basically, if you just pumped your tank and it's already full again it's time to call your septic company to take a deeper look.
Depending on the amount of clean-outs before and after the septic system and access into the tank itself. (Front & back) it can easily be diagnosed. Need to know if you have water flowing out the back of the tank. ( Outlet) if water is getting into the leech field then check the very last clean-out at the end. It's a monitoring tube. Has sand or rocks in it. If you see water the system has failed. If you see rocks or dirt or sand it's not the leech field.
@advancedsepticservices if it's not the leech field has failed, the Perforated pipe in the leech field could need to be jetted out. And if no water is reaching the leech field their is a clog in the baffle somewhere and the tank is filling quickly and backing up into the house.

So what is your opinion on the Insinkerator septic assist disposal Bio Charge for use on a septic system?
Thanks for reaching out. We do not have a recommendation/opinion for that product. We find following Do-Not Flush Rules and keeping your septic tank healthy to be the best medicine!
@@advancedsepticservices I appreciate the reply. Thanks!
Horrible video, not useful
You can get wire screen for the discharge water to collect the lint from the washing machine.
That’s what we have it’s a must otherwise it ends up on the septic screen
Thank you, I just moved into a home with a septic system. I wanted to install a disposal but now I'm glad I didn't! Unfortunately, all of the things you WANT to put down the disposal, you can't! Oh well, I'll have to get used to cleaning my plates better.
You nailed it, everything we want to just whisk down the drain usually isn't good for your septic. Let us know if you run into any questions!
If you have long hair, keep it out of the drain. Yesterday, I was draining a septic tank and I almost had to stop because I thought I was sucking up a human *_Head_* *SO MUCH HAIR!*
Agreed! Hair balls are never a fun find, and are avoidable.
@@advancedsepticservices the entire tank was a hairball LOL
Use del taco restroom lol
Valuable information for new home owners with a septic tank sysem.
Thanks Alicia!
So... how can we disguise septic tank covers? Are you saying we can use fake rocks + barrels + bird baths on top of the riser covers? The video seems to be suggesting those as options over the tank and the field but not over the risers. Any / any other ideas how to cover / hide the risers (without making access impossible in an emergency in a frozen winter)?
Hey Jonathon, good questions! We have some suggestions at advancedsepticservicesfl.com/septic-tank-risers-covers/. It's really as creative as you want to get. But, keep in mind it needs to be easily removable for access and not heavy (as that can cause damage to the system).
All septic tanks should have these risers. It's sickening how cheap installers (builders) are to skip this process and save few dollars.
Agreed
Very helpful and encouraging. Thank you so much for making this video!
Well done video. Thanks.
Why not just put bacteria th-cam.com/video/dHAREQxSm7g/w-d-xo.html from the bottom of the ocean or the bacteria from our salty boggy marshes that breakdown and consume organic matter and convert it into electrical current as long as you use a non-conductive septic tank and then put a superconductive coating on a conductive Rod or strip of metal on each end of the septic tank to receive electrical current discharge from bacteria to power your house or charge an EV vehicle.
Tea Tree is not septic safe as a bleach replacement. Tea tree is antifungal and antibacterial. I wouldn't put it in my tank.
wasn't this a clip about " safe plants " for your septic field ? .....refer to your garden centre, you say.... why make this video ?..
Hi Karina! Thanks for the response. The rule of thumb is to avoid trees, shrubs, and plants with strong, long roots. We are based in Florida and know that each region has their own native plants, so it's best to check with your garden center or landscaper to verify the plants you want don't grow long, strong roots.
Pllpp
never like a video I have to read, hence I'm watching youtube ergo I'm not trying to read
Reading is passe and over rated.
