I have wonderful memories of the rec. Plenty of character, watched so many games. Remember watching Bobby Moore and Trevor Francis in testimonials. And Brian Clough bring his Forest team down in the 80s. Good days.

Thanks got the upload,so good to see for the first time,I was at the game,I was probably somewhere between the age of 11 to 15 back then in 87, was so happy that it was a midweek game as I only ever went midweek, wouldn't ever think about going on a Saturday,times have changed now mind you,back then my friends would call me the Night Owl or sometimes if we won King of the night owls.

I attended my first grass track in Cornwall in 1973, and I never lost my love for it.

I grew up just down the road in Amesbury my dad took me to a lot of these ace of aces meetings. Great memories thank you for putting these up 👍🏼
