Female changing a car tire for the FIRST TIME!
Great video. This would help me a lot in the future. Maybe they give off my back a little. I want to get better and do better.
My favorite is they don't give me my stuff on time and I'm late loading my own van. I get in trouble instead? It's wild.
Good stuff
It don't work like that in the field
Stressing over 2 Quick Breaks means it's NOT a Good Job!! So does bezos allow them a Lunch Break also??🤔
most of you guys in here are liars, the most stops I did on a 8.5 hour shift meaning I started at 12:30 and ended about 9pm with a 15 minute break with about 90 stops at most not resting and it took me 8.5-9 hours so basically if your gonna do 180 stops your basically saying you finished a 15 - 16 hr shift in 6 hours which is humanly unfathomable
Infraction following distance
Unsafe because when u have that bag on ur front seat it looks like u can't see it right side mirror. 🤦🏿♂️😯
💪🏽🔥💯
Worst job there is. The egos and soullessness, and they set you up for failure, plus peeing in a bottle with no lunch? Grow a spine and get a cdl before u either end up like this guy, or fired for not being this guy 😂
not a delivery driver. u poppped up on my recommended. how do you know which which packages are in what bags? will your device just say to deliver all packages in the green bag first an you just look for it in the bag? how you know where to look for a package when you arrive at a stop
@@savethestrudel the driver said number tells us which package is next
I think you could've arrange thoes better. I usually get that much in a van i do just fine
On top of all of that, if packages go missing because of porch pirates or just flat out thievery, guess who they put the blame on? You guessed it the package delivery driver, this is why i quit. I had enough of the BS! Im no damn thieve, here i am busting my ass off for you, hustling and bustling and you accuse me of robbery, no ive had enough, no more. Micro managing, surveillance plus tracking your every turn and speed and on top of all that demonizing you for every package that either gets stolen for no fault of your own. Than add insult to injury defaming your character, and accusing me of stealing, yeah that wont fly with me. I work hard for my money and i dont steal from no one, because i know how hard it is to make a living and i respect my clients and customers to steal from them.
Yep I quit
I don't understand why DSPs give such big loads for rental vans... You can't organize your route because there are no shelves or space.
Good video and great tips! Stay off the lawn though 🤓. Looking forward to more of your quality videos and training.
My mentor it's gane go to shit to be honest the added speed atention on it now and because of that my mentor never goes up I never drove in a 7kmh area under 20kmh so that affects my mentor allot how can I make it go up Anand do my delivery I don't do breack already so what can I do about that
It's really about staying in sport mode for as long as you possibly can and being organized
Stop crying all you doing is delivering 😂😂
I always tend to get rescued at the very end of my route usually my last 40 stops I get rescued
No Cap ,I feel ya brother
Step van already puts you at a massive advantage try stuffing 450 packages 25 totes and 46 overflow into a small ram 2500 rental van where every time you open the side door packages come flying out
and they wonder why everyone is protesting for better pay. these are the same reasons because of the things they be pulling on DAs
You have to run like every delivery
I just got an acceptance letter to be an amazon driver. 19.50/hr. But all these driver videos make it look SO stressful. And im in ohio. What about this in winter time? Idk...
Easy job
Should have called driver support. Usually will only take 5 mins
I left zgter my 2dt day .harasment and too much dtress 4 what they are paying
That was yesterday for me
Ppl say don’t take your breaks are dumb.. I take my breaks and I’m one of the top drivers in US biggest tip is DONT LOOK AT YOUR PERSONAL PHONE IT CAN FUCKING WAIT.. 1 min each stop on your phone adds up!
😂 I look at my personal phone take all my breaks and still get done
@ getting done is different than finishing 3-4 hours early and getting paid the same
@@FaZeLeftyif you finish early you don’t get sent to go help someone?
@ not mandatory in my company thankfully.
I get more than this when it’s not even peak season. Try getting 400+ packages with 250+ stops then cry to me.
Of course the video didn't answer in the short. Probably because the honest answer is you don't take a break.. eat your car and piss in a bottle...(Literally what my DSP told everyone in the huddle this morning that they found a piss bottle and one of the trucks and that people continue to do it for some reason.. I had my first day driving alone today and I was moving as fast as I possibly could especially for area I've never been in before for any reason I had a lot of packages but I was determined to get it done and still got rescued a few times and didn't know it I will pass by a few Amazon trucks in the same neighborhood and They would tell me to stop and pull over so they can pull package from me which kept making me feel defeated and like I'm not moving fast enough. It's funny to me that they coach safety before you get on the road and with the AI cameras that watch you and you're driving behavior.. Just to have people pull up and take packages from me for them to help deliver which is embarrassing... Yesterday was my first day driving with a ride along who did just that didn't talk much didn't give any proactive suggestions or tips as a "trainer" pretty much pointless I was confused and I had so many questions on where to find things I noticed after my first couple of questions My trainer was automatically irritated It was a guy I can clearly see was younger than me He didn't step out the van until I took my 6-minute break I call him laughing and shaking his head on the phone with my dispatch when they were telling him that I was moving too fast and was asking what was going on. It's my first day!! I'm definitely not about to be like that other Amazon drivers that run to the door and run back just to be on time.
“I’m gonna send you a rescue because you’re really behind, I’m gonna need you to pick up the pace” yeah send 3 please
This video must have been from a while ago I work for Amazon now Just got a job in 2024 And we have the cameras that monitor you while you drive It's so stressful the thing that someone's watching every little thing you do.
Lies
I always take 30 minutes break before my last stop
Thanks for the video! I just started my 2nd week of nursery routes and am looking at pointers to get my speed up! Thanks again bruv!
No break no lunch.
I take my lunch and my 15 and still get done
Download the offline map before leaving. Send a message to the customer, having downloaded the map offline at the beginning of the day just disconnect the data from the phone, go to the question mark at the top right, press I'm at the address but the gps doesn't work and close as customer unavailable or business closed. At least in Italy we sometimes do this. Good work
I'm 2 weeks in amazon. About 135-145 stops. I'm (just) keeping up my 20/hr pace. But seeing things like this is so daunting. How do yall guys get thru this without being rescued
Use your 15 minute breaks to sort out next 3-4 bags and then chill for a bit and then keep going
Nope chill eat and drink
Last week I had 435 packages 199 stops 48 multi locations got rescued twice they took 24 stops off me the first time second time he only took 11 stops. Once I finished I did a rescue and took 12 stops. Finished that within 9 hrs I was so sore, can’t believe I did that lol
I might enjoy the driving part, but I wouldn't like to meet nasty and horrible customers you have to deliver too.I still remember that undercover documentary on an Amazon warehouse many years ago, where the people were treated like slaves. Hope things have much improved since then.
This is actually nice
my first solo drive is tomorrow! I think they should have 2 days of ride along cause I don’t think I will remember anything!!! 🤞🏼
THIS JOB IS HOT CARBAGE
Fr I hate it
Does your stepvan have AC, if so how does it do in the NC summers? What DSP do you work for?
No breaks just lunch smfh
Lol yeah right
Wait wait......15 bags m8 how didnt u fit them in that size van.....i have put in 13 bags and 15 over flow in a normal standard size van we have drivera with them size Van's and the larger taken 15 bags and overflow easy in them size vans.....so why is there a bag in your seat.....lmao even today I had 8 bags and 14 overflow and still had space and again I'm using a standard van not even a medium van...
