for some reason a lot of people think Costco beef is good...unbelievable to me, that people think Costco feed lot beef has any flavor. I guess majority of people don't know any better.
What is done with unusable offal and entrails?
This varies by processor, but this processor turns offal into compost using an on-farm composter.
