I think you can became top 1 if you save your gerraint and harmo after Super conduction buff end. becoz max ele from buff is 100% (Already tested) and after u use super conduct + lightning storm, your ele buff is already at 98%. you only got 2% ele of harmo and gerraint that supposedly giving 30% ele. you can test it serr haha xD Hope other inqui see this too so it can help them for doing STG, raid, etc ~
the max ele from buff is the blue color number when you drag your cursor to the element :D hope it helpss~ grats by the wayyy for top 2

One question please : why you use bear jades and not agi jades . knowing that agi gives more crit
because my crit chance is already max and bear giving crit damage
so crit chance is maxed due to gear and plates stats ?

sorry late reply, for me raven better dps for pve, you can craft dagger bcos dagger can use by chaser and bringer :)
From what I noticed: Raven has more consistent dps. Abyss has insane burst dmg but loses a lot of his dps when ult is on cooldown
