I'm going to need a new wheel hub assembly, I kinda cross threaded the bolt that holds the shock to the hub 😅 I just covered it in high strength loctite and fully sent it with the impact.. it's not come lose yet! now I have the ABS/ASC light stuck on my dash, and I've replaced all 4 sensors but not the rings
ahhh sorry to hear that man but ay that's how we learn!
What was the reason for the replacement?
went all floppy and you could hear a hollow sound in the rear end. it is from drifting the car and abuse
@@clownshoe_srq very nice, thank so much for your response. I will order new half shafts for mine. Mine is clacking but it may be because of the 254,000 miles on the odometer. I dont know how to drift so the new ones should last another 1/4 million miles. Have a great day and take care of your Z3.
Don’t put the jack there!!!!
I m assuming the splines on those axles went bad & not aligned correctly .. I m in the current situation . I tried the heat but no luck for me . Thanks
not sure but I cleaned out all my splines and it did not work. Heat is the way just make sure you do it for a whileeee. It took me multiple attempts each time adding more heat before I ever managed to get it through. Keep me updated on how it goes!
Jack stand on the front suspensions😳😳😳... If the stuff goes, it won't totally prevents the car from squashing you, as the suspensions will still have some movement... Much better to put the stand where it doesn't move at all! Security first...
