@@abdullahiqbal7323 as per instructions , FPSC already conveyed that treasury slip is supposed to be submitted at the time of examination. I wish and have same thought if they accept it. But usually they don’t as per practice

Bhai ap aise karein undertaking se exam de dein Sunday ko. Then Monday ko ose branch mein ja kar unhe request karein ke original slip de dein wahan hote hai Phr ap apne statement or sath slip attach kar ke FpSC main office F5 Islamabad mein jama karwa dein. Wo review karein ge Phr ap ka issue InshaAllah hal ho Jae ga. Baqe koi or solution nahe hai

Yes ap k liye age relaxation hai - Apko NOC lena part ga apny department se - or isk baad ap NOC wala document and experience letter sath laga kr apply krin -- or CSS main apply krty wqt after MPT test , you need to fill age relaxation area

Go to the same bank branch. Request him to take back the bank slip and sign you a new cash receipt. I did this..

Try to get it tomorrow from Bank record --they will not provide you original copy - but you can take picture or copy of that -- I hope FPSC will consider your request
