John Erb in Upper Canada
A documentary on the life and times of pioneer John Erb (1764-1832) in Upper Canada. He's considered the founder of Preston, which is now part of Cambridge, Ontario and is inducted into the Cambridge Hall of Fame. The city of Cambridge is named after his milling business "Cambridge Mills".

A dedication to the CEF Canadian 38th infantry battalion who broke through the German Drocourt-Quéant line during ww1 on Sept. 2nd 1918. Scott Dickie was wounded in that battle.
My great grandfather fought with the 38th division ww1 4th division, Lewis machine gunner, his brother died Aug. 31, 1916, when an artillery shell hit his nest he was with the 33rd Battalion 1st division , my great grandfather fought from the somme all the way to Passchendaele Ridge not sure if he continued fighting until He came home in 1918. and lived to the age 92 when he passed in 1989 was born 1896. They have a book out on him and his brother called The Fighting Freeman's of Elgin County in the war museum. He signed up to be with the 25th Battalion but was sent to 38th Battalion before being sent to war in 1916. His name is author freeman and was a Sargent his brothers name is Robert freeman.

It is tight. But the price and location is right. The bed is only a single but comfortable and I slept well.
