I hit grand master roughly 5 months after returning to the game, this was after I learned about the point system changes to the combat achievements. My overall opinion on it, is that power creep is still significantly making it easier than it was on release. Masori, Shadow, LB, VW, etc have all made a lot of the CA's pretty easy, but regardless. The hardest part of CA's is finding a team.
