Haha yeah, they usually release the trailer earlier in the week, didn’t expect a Thursday drop. It’s also the longest trailer at 3:05 minutes, they are going to cook 🔥🔥 I’ve also lowered my expectations for the end screen though, Wishlist Now should be there so that they can announce something at SGF.

Yessir I’ve seen them, they actually look fire man. The graphics actually look so good and details like SSJ2 Cauliflas hair are modelled so well. I think we should be getting the trailer later this week 🤞

@@VuceFinity people don’t like how Caulifla looks. I’ll be honest it can be a lot more better looking for like the face and what not. But yeah by the 30th I’m sure they’ll release the trailer it’s just feeling since the PlayStation showcase is rumored to have sparking zero. But hopefully sgf will have the release since we have 16 characters because of the base forms of Gotenks, Kefla, Ssj 1 Caulifla and etc. basically from my friend Makai Saiyan’s new video on v jump.

I think I find the Kefla screenshot a bit more disappointing than the rest. I saw a anime comparison and her hair looks worse and she looks a bit too thin. Hopefully she looks better in the trailer. I saw the PlayStation showcase coming up too, but I feel like they’ll do another TH-cam Premiere on their channel again. I want to hope for it but I don’t think they’ll be including those fusion base forms in this trailer, normally every form in the VJump is shown in the trailer but because the VJump didn’t have it, it’s unlikely they include them in the trailer.

@@VuceFinity yeah like I commented on it on Twitter under DBSHype and Solzplayz. Basically Solz at least has some sense of not dick riding all the way. It needs to be more anima accurate. She looks too thin. Caulifla’s face need to be fixed. I hope so for PlayStation showcase something to come up. Also I will say it’ll be a month since the last trailer I’m sure it’ll either drop on the 30th or 31st. People need to band together and talk about the model issue so that way people can get what they want. Same with characters, we want gt as roster not dlc and if that’s the case I’ll buy it. I just want them in the game. If they don’t have it in the trailer then we can only assume that they have base forms It wouldn’t make sense for them to not have that honestly.

I see, thanks for letting me know about re unite day, wasn’t aware of it before. The two big clues I’m going off is that they’ve always released on the first Thursday of October and 1 day before each game. For now I do see them going through with it but we should be hopefully seeing a release date announcement at Summer Games Fest.

His theory definitely looks strong aswell. That arrangement of games in release order is too perfect to not be the case. So many different pieces of information are showing a Fall release, we are closer and closer to an official release date confirmation now! Hopefully at Summer Games Fest 🤞

Haha tbf the signs have been here all along. They teased the game in March 2023 with no updates until December. Then this year onwards from the Jan Battle Hour, we’ve been getting monthly content, I don’t think they’d be marketing like this unless they planned to release in the same year. I’m still so excited, I haven’t played a Dragon Ball game properly like the Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi days, hopefully it’s even better with updated graphics and gameplay 🔥

Yeah I was waiting for some kind of confirmation too but we never got it. I noticed the Dragon Ball Games Twitter account hadn’t posted for a while too, they usually do this before announcing a trailer. That’s a really good shout with Xenoverse 2 DLC, it seems like a pretty big drop and I can definitely see them wanting to promote that first as SZ would get all the attention. Definitely could be like the Sand Land situation They also confirmed that we’d be getting monthly news for SZ, which is most likely a trailer. If we don’t get the announcement by the middle of next week, they might be planning to just show it all during Summer Games Fest. Just gotta play the long game and wait it out now 😪

@@VuceFinity Yeah. I firmly believe mostly news means a trailer - not every person buys V-JUMP so it hardly counts as news if only a niche audience sees it. I pray the SGF trailer is just what we've already seen. That'd actually be a disappointment.

Yeah exactly, I even tried searching up purchasing VJump but it really does seem to be a Japan exclusive thing, not many will go through the effort of importing stuff when it can be seen online easily. Do you mean you want the SGF trailer to NOT be what we’ve already seen? Would make more sense if that’s a typo, and I completely agree, it’d be such a bummer. I want it to be a trailer where none of us can expect what’ll be in it, that’s where the true hype is, just like with the announcement trailer.

Yeah there’s 100% no chance they’re going to include all of DB, DBZ and DBS. Especially with how the marketing is going right now, they’re heavily showing only DBZ and Super right now, I’m hoping they’ll at least add some OG DB and GT characters into the base roster Hopefully we get a more specific Daima airing schedule too, I’m not too sure where they announce these kinds of things though. I remember a viewer telling me how Comic Con is big for Dragon Ball too, maybe they announce it there?

If you’re referring to the anime, then I’m not too sure what their plans are for the future. With them airing a whole new Daima series instead, I feel like a new Dragon Ball Super series is unlikely to air for at least the next 3 years. But there’s always hope, you never know if Toei randomly announce it one day 🤞

I’m basing it off Dragon Ball Super which aired from Jan 2017 to October 2019. I’m assuming that Daima will air for a similar amount of time or less. After Daima finishes, maybe there’ll be a Dragon Ball Super announcement.

Yeah Dragon Ball Daima did seem to come out of nowhere to be honest. I’m not sure why they didn’t just extend Dragon Ball Super, but let’s hope the Daima plot is good! It still had Toriyamas involvement in it so I’m going to watch it regardless

Yep I was also amazed when I found out all Tenkaichi games have released on the first Thursday of October. I’m not sure why they decided to do that, but hopefully they carry through! I’m hoping for a big reveal at Summer Games Fest too, either a beta announcement or an official release date, or maybe even both haha.

You mean the subtitles that pop up in the middle of the screen? If so, I don’t use any AI, I manually edit it with presets. Hope that helps

So before the New Gen Saiyans VJump we had 61 characters revealed so far. There’s currently a predicted 10 more characters to be revealed in the New Gen Saiyan trailer, so we’ll have 71 all together before Summer Games Fest. And hopefully at SGF, we get a bigger showcase with more reveals than usual 🤞

Yeah agreed, I think they’ll hold out on showing SSJ3 Gotenks for this trailer. Maybe there might be another dedicated fusions trailer in the future that shows Gogeta and SSJ3 Gotenks together. Summer Games Fest trailer could even be this big trailer itself, we’ll know soon enough!

Oooh that’s actually a really good shout, didn’t even think of including that. I checked and I think both Tenkaichi 3 and Budokai 3 didn’t include them, it’d be really cool if they had that feature in the game. Maybe if they change the fusion mechanics control and if you mess up the timing, you get a failed fusion? Would be really funny in game if you did that and you’d just have to stall 😂

I think you may have miscounted there: Announcement - Goku (DBS), Vegeta (DBS), SSJ Blue Goku, SSJ Blue Vegeta + 16 other characters = 20 forms Rivals - Remaining Goku Vegeta Forms = 20 Power vs Speed - 11 Masters and Apprentice - 10 But your point definitely stands though, we can have anywhere from 10+ characters shown in any given trailer. I have a feeling they’ll drop a trailer with 20+ characters for a massive theme though 🤞. Another pattern is that for the trailers that have shown the most characters, aka the first two, could have a reason linking them. And that reason is that both trailers were shown during big events, The Game Awards and Dragon Ball Battle Hour. I feel like SGF is on par with those two in terms of event size, we could expect more for the upcoming trailers.

What exactly do you mean by that? If you’re thinking it’ll be similar to Xenoverse 2, I don’t think it’ll happen. Look at Tenkaichi 3 as it’s going to be very similar to that with updated graphics.
