This is how we practice using hockey sticks and puck handling.

Using 2 person sling shots kids launch gatorskin balls towards the towers and hula hoop castles the other team sets up. The Hula Castle may be rebuilt but cup towers are down until the end of the game. 1st team to knock all the "towers and castles down wins." *If you don't have launchers or for younger kids we work on overhand throwing skills.

How to play Parachute Toss If you don't have a 2 man parachute use a beach towel or pillowcase. No ball you say, use some rolled up socks. Play and have fun.

I use t-ball race as a chance to check how well my students can strike a ball using a long implement. 1. 2 kids step up to the t-ball box. 2. They hit the ball. 3. After both balls are struck I say go and they race to get the opposing teams ball and put it back on the tee before the opposing team gets their ball on the tee.
