Why would you unsolder the speaker wires when you could just leave them connected and pop them off and then just pop them back on when you're done kind of confused on that they come off really easy you didn't need to unsolder them lol

Thanks for the walkthrough. I did it, and it is ALIVE!!! I think, a few hints are missing: 1. The battery needs to be discharged before changing anything. 2. You do not just need a display, but of course also a glue kit, to but the back on again (you can't really use the old glue) 3. Some spare displays are coming with the volume button and the speakers (not the loud ones, but the one you actually phone with), some don't, so you have to also change these parts.
