The bar and restaurant are great, I highly recommend the steakhouse too.

True. A lot more spacious compared to their normal room and very large bathroom with dual sinks.

Noise level is terrible at 4am when all the Tuk Tuks line up the street. Always ask for a room that is far away from Soi 11 end of the building.

No the leg rest does not come up like a bed. Recline is ok but the seat moves forward giving you less leg room.

Am yet to find the perfect hotel for myself. I do like Mercure 24 as it is in a really nice area. Novotel 4 has amazing city views. Novotel Living is possibly at the top of my list now because of price and location.

Yes have many times considered booking at the Continent but then I see the odd shape of the rooms so decide against it.

I thought the room itself is pretty nice because you get a lot of space but yeah the views are not the best. The location is really good though.

Yes this room is larger than the standard rooms and is more like an apartment.

Accor had a red hot room sale and I was lucky to get this for $120 Australian per night. Very lucky!

Yes it does. You can set it to wash and straight away to dry after. Works really well!

This was the upgraded Executive room. It comes with kitchen and washing machine which the standard room does not. I am unsure if the windows were able to be opened or not. I did not try.

This is a hotel. So there is a front desk for normal checkin and room is cleaned every day. This room has the added benefits of a kitchen for longer stays. I think the hotel provides breakfast but there is a shopping mall and restaurants nearby so I always eat there instead.

This was about $200 Australian during the New Year holiday period. Should be about $160 Australian at other times.

There is a minimum charge to reserve a table. I think it was 3000 baht. You then get 3000 baht worth of drinks. They will ask if you want a table when you come through the entrance. Am unsure how to book prior to that though.

The hotel only opened a couple months ago (November 2023) so staying here is currently very cheap as they need to promote the hotel and get recognition. The cost for myself was $105 AUD which is about $80 USD per night.

Yes very slow internet at this hotel only. Internet in Thailand is really good and very fast. I would say faster and cheaper than here in Australia. This hotel for some reason had the slowest internet of all hotels I stayed at in Thailand. Possibly the wifi was not strong enough? Am unsure why.

You will love it. Renovation is all finished. Spanish restaurant is very popular. Everything in the room is new. Was very happy to stay here. Great pool!
