Its name translates to "top of the shop" or "best of the shop,". The exact composition of ras el hanout can vary, but it typically includes a combination of spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, and other aromatic ingredients. Further i need to correct a small minor details un your video about the riads. They are not exclusively fiund in Marrakech. The riads are traditional Moroccan houses that can be found also in other cities across Morocco. The term "riad" refers to a traditional house with an interior courtyard or garden. The Moroccan Andalusian or better konwn as "Moorish" style is part of Moroccan heritage , an its architectural structures can be found in other cities like Fes, Rabat, Casablanca, Essaouira, Tetuan and many other places throughout Morocco as well. Riads are often renovated and converted into guesthouses or boutique hotels, offering visitors a chance to experience the unique charm and tranquility of these traditional Moroccan dwellings. So its just a traditional Moroccan house, and in spme cases renovated into a hotel, like what seen in Marrakech too. Thank you and wa 3allaykum wassalam.
