To make everyone understand in the future, What he did is he made a armor *option you can do a amor or just a part* then he click on plugins and click on Edit Rig if you don't have it, its free, then he putted the armor in the Rig and used the Plugin aka Edit Rig to choose the armor and the Rig by using Control + left click on the chosen part, then he clicked on "Create Joints", and there you. But anyway Akmal you did a amazing job doing it!

To fix the blurry texture, you have to change the resolution to 1024,(thanks to @iaincaballero for this advice in the comments) , you can use any paint tool app that changes the size of the png, replace the old texture in blockbench with the newly fitted 1024x texture and then export and import it to roblox, textures should be normal

For people asking why the texture is blurry this is because the roblox studio texture requirement is at least 1024x and blockbench texture resoluation can only go to 512x
