Bro I have a Lenovo ideapad laptop with Intel Core i5-10210U CPU with 8 GB RAM and Nvidia Geforce MX250 (2047 GB) VRAM and it still runs at 26-29(<- I noticed this drop only when I turned Vsync On) to solid stable 30FPS most of the time with PostFX on either Medium or High with Vsync turned On. With Vsync turned Off it was 32 to around 35FPS(PostFX on High) and 38-45 to 53-57FPS(PostFX on Medium) on 1920x1080 resolution for both DirectX 9 and DirectX 11 custom high settings.These are the things I have noticed so far. I think my game should run at more than stable 45 to 60 FPS with VSync turned On or Off, If you have a solution, Please help me If you can.

I remember playing the game on Intel core i3 2120, 4GB DDR3 Ram and GeForce GT 510 1GB VRAM GPU. Also at 1024×768 resolution but at 70% resolution scale. I was getting around 15-25 fps but I still finished the game. I still enjoyed it and loved it. Now I have a better system and can play the game easily but the first time is always epic.

The Steam PC Port sll of a sudden kept doing render lag every other frame after leaving the game running for 32 hours; yeah, re installation does not fix it; yes I used modifications to try to fix the Steam Port; Best port is the PlayStation 3 Port hands down....
