Qui-Gon Jinn and Mace Windu are the only Jedi to come back as force spirits not to disappear after they die and become one with the force unlike how Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, Luke, Leia and Ben Solo all disappear and become one with the force after their deaths in A New Hope, Return of the Jedi, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker. I wonder why Rey, before being resurrected by Ben Solo, did not disappear or become one with the force after dying, using up all her remaining life energy to kill Darth Sidious? (Who in turn drained Rey and Ben’s life energy to rejuvenate his clone body and Rey used up her remaining life energy to kill Sidious causing her to die before Ben using his remaining life energy revives Rey by giving her all his life energy and then he dies from the effort and becomes one with the force.) Darth Sidious/Palpatine did technically die at the end of the Return of Jedi after being killed by the redeemed Darth Vader/Anakin but not before he removes his spirit from his original body as it is destroyed and lived as a disembodied spirit for a decade and a half rendering Sidious dead for a decade and a half before finally transferring his spirit into a clone body in The Shadow of the Sith but was no longer a Sith Lord, he was close to becoming one again by rejuvenating his clone body and restoring his youth with Rey and Ben Solo’s drained life energy until Rey manages to kill Sidious again as well as his spirit at the cost of her own life before Ben resurrected her at the cost of his own life becoming one with the force, so Anakin did technically fulfill the Chosen One Prophecy and restore balance to the force for a while before Rey restores it or preserves it by killing Sidious a second and finally time both physically and spiritually.
