For me it's not so much the manufacturer. It's the year if it's newer than 2007 regardless of who made it, it's going to be a hard pass for me. Unless maybe it's a Toyota/lexus v8 rwd... Me and even then they starting to get more whack.. when I say whack I mean unreliable. No grease fittings anywhere in sight plastic etc... reliability The last thing the engineer thinks about or the AI robot whatever when designing modern car

@robviciousobviously5757 Maybe, but the wiegt to to ratio was different between the 2 cars. The mustang weighed in at 2900 lbs with 225 h.p. and a shorter wheel length. The corvette had 300 b.h.p. and weigh in at over 3200 lbs and had a longer wheel length. The wheel length determines how much power is lost in the distribution to the rear axle. The longer the wheel length the more power lost. And in a sprint sure the mustang would win off the line but any type of distance the corvette would take it every time.
