Exactly what I needed to see. I have a 100 watt panel, a charge controller, 4000 watt pure sine wave inverter, and 2 batteries. Will be installing it in my RV for power on the go. A small fridge, lights, and charging my phone.

Add as much weight as possible in the ballast box! I filled mine with scrap steel and concrete, almost 900lbs including the weight of the box (I have same box).

If you want to get rid of the throttle lag at take off I recommend a Banks Pedal Monster, I have one on my Tacoma and it eliminates the throttle lag. The Banks Pedal Monster has built in safety features so you will not get a dead pedal like a Pedal Commander and the other brands get. As for tunes I would stay away from a tune because none of the tunes have their own handheld installer, you are stuck having to go back to the person who installed the tune, the reason I say this is if you need to go to the dealer you will have to revert back to the stock tune, one to maintain your warranty and two if the dealer does a flash on the ECM while the tune is installed the flash will over write the tune and you will have to repurchase the tune again. The Pedal Monster is not a tune so it does not write anything to the ECM.

I have a 2023 Tacoma SR Access Cab 2.7 engine 4x4 also. I would not exceed the tire height simply because the 2.,7 engine is not that strong. I went with a set of 17 inch American Racing Mainline rims on mine and a set of Yokohama Geolander G015 tires 265/65 R17, these tires and rims are with in four pounds of the OEM steel rims and OEM 16 inch tires and the height of the tire is within a hair of the height of the OEM 16 inch tires so everything works properly. I also installed a Borla S-Type Cat Back exhaust system, you can go to my channel and see how it is done and what you need to make it a bolt in cat back exhaust system. I love my Tacoma the 2.7 is a very good engine that has a good reliability history behind it. I have several videos of what I have done to my Tacoma on my TH-cam channel.
