I sincerely salute your courage, cos building on a hill comes with loads of hidden costs;coupled with no access routes. May the universe grant you peace and sound health to accomplish your dreams. Meant government should bail them out this, the la beach towers n the revolving tower at airport city. It won’t cost more than $80m. That could b government equity in it
Massive amounts of money must have gone into the initial phase of the project. And the misunderstanding among the partners is so deep that they are willing to lose their money? The project area is becoming an eyesore from the point of view of urban planning and beauty.
Any updates on why this incredible project died?
not sure , but rumors point in a miss understanding between the different partners. such a shame because that building was a head of its time. The layout is also amazing , stay notified to see it when it drops.

Ghanaians with their uncompleted projects.. there are so many in the country. Why is it becoming a norm in Ghana?. One uncompleted building at the airport city, one at Oxford Street (where the shoprite is located), LA Beach tower, one next to the Oxford Street round. Actually, there are many of them
