The suspension unloading on the scx24 is what im dealing with on mine right now.

Just traded a mint condition scx10.3 jlu for a 10.2 with a vanquish f100 body this rig was in bad hands but I'm in love with it and not missing the jlu a bit taking lots of inspo from youe build!

G'day from Australia. I followed your advice for fixing the gearbox. However, instead of using 3 screws to fix the clutch and 2nd gear together, I just used a product called sikaflex 227. It's a body sealant that can glue plastic and metal. I applied it to all the parts on that one shaft, glued them solid.

Nice course man! I think both scx24‘s have their advantage, the long wheelbase of the Gladiator is sometimes good and sometimes bad.

By chance what tooth pinion gear you suggest to be paired with a 38 tooth steel spur gear ? I’m building similar project 😎

My biggest problem is my slipper clutch coming loose whenever I hit reverse.
