@@bathkettlebellonlinetraini8029 Hi yes I remember 🙂 So I use a webpage called www.realtimetrains.co.uk/search/detailed/ to see what’s coming through at a particular station and traksy.uk/live to track the trains movements. Hope that helps. Great to meet you both hope you both had a great day out.

A great video, thank you. Devonport was the first station where I started out as a trainspotter way back in the mid 1960’s although it looked very different back in those days.

What kind of wagons are those?
They are BYA wagons. The DB versions are have been converted into open top wagons. The older types you see would have had sliding hoods on them.

Great video mate, hey i know you, i was that boy in the red t-shirt on P3 getting some photos of the trains, was mainly after the sprinters before they go. Also, the DVTs aren't Class 82, they're just known as Mk4 DVTs, as the Class 82 was actually a different older electric locomotive

A good clip! Would be even better with some kind of external mike to reduce wind noise, though. Not advertising th-cam.com/video/SBG3KXLyGcQ/w-d-xo.html , but some kind of “dead cat” is often used to damp it down physically, rather than tweaking the audio when processing it digitally.

@@DevonCornwallTrainVideos I was there yesterday with a bunch of people and theres a few 458s in Arlington but not passing Eastleigh, count yourself lucky 😄. Also if you live down south, on the 6th of June there is a Class 50 there and on the 22nd of June there is a Steam Train passing Woking, Guildford, Cosham, Fareham, Eastleigh and Salisbury!
