You get more information on plants disease as you level up Farming skill. And technically there are just 3. Two of those you can remove with correct spray. And one you just have to remove the plant before it spreads to other plants.

It look like you are trying to plumb 2 levels down. That does not work like this currently.

On the amount of calories - 2000 calories a day is a recommended amount for city person. That covers all the body needs and low phisical activity people usually have. If you are doing some heavy manual labour - 2000 calories are not going to be enough. Depending on what kind of labour you do the daily expenses can reach like 6000 calories. Also the uranium joke is... kinda meh. Because there is a difference of how many calories can be extracted from material by a proper process and how many calories can be extracted by digestion. Digestion works kinda similar to burning so in case of combustable items the numbers are kinda similar. But uranium calories are calculated based on nuclear fission, and this is not how digestion works. So digestible calories from uranium will be closer to 0. Also if you get it in a form that can be digested - you will not die from eating uranium. It will give you some radiation poisoning depending on what grade of uranium you digest, but most likely not lethal amount before you poop it back out. Usually severe radiation poisoning comes not from uranium but from its products that are created in the process of fission, and are highly unstable themselves, so they decay and emit radiation at a much greater intensity.

Your main misstake with shooting is you try to walk and shoot at the same time. You need to have like aiming level 5 to be able to shoot while moving reliably. Before that you have to stop walking and steady your aim for half a second in order to hit something.

Challenge ideas? Well... A bit hard to gauge what would be the good challenge for the skill level. But surviving a month on CDDA mode would be a good challenge. Might be tough to pull off though. Survive month with low loot and night sprinters is a good one too. Also maybe get the cure. From the mod. Where you have to find medical journals first, them gather a bunch of equipment for lab and gather a bunch of blood samples from zombies to develop the cure.

Trash bags spawn - quite unsurprisingly - inside trashcans. This posh residential area you are in does not have a lot of those, but the if you go to the main strif where the book store was there should be a bunch. Also if you go beyond the church you have in your block you will find a Gigamart superstore. It has a bunk of large garbage containers. Each tile of those containers get you a trash bag.

Sneaking while fighting a horde is generally a bad idea. Since it affects how fast you can fallback.

Or stack up on bomb arrows get a multi shot bow like a savage lynel bow get a lot of bomb flowers from the depths, fuse a spring, time bomb, or a bomb flower,shield surf to enter bullet time then use your lynel bow with the bomb flowers and just fire away
