We bought a 2020 Camry XLE and was told that Entune would contain apps like Pandora and Spotify, which could be used via bluetooth. After 3 years, we never found out where these apps are. We don't want to use a USB connection just to use Android Auto. We can connect all our streaming apps if we first start the app on the phone and then press the bluetooth button on the car's audio touchscreen though.

How do you get it to remember heat settings for winter??

Complete nonsense.. I've had no response from their service advisors in the two weeks my vehicle has been there for repairs after several call, emails and texts. We broke our truck in Bridgeport, Ca and had it towed there to be fixed. I've contacted the managers and service advisors with no response. They are overwhelmed and unable to deal with the requests for repairs they currently have. My father owns a Toyota dealership in the Bay Area and customer service is paramount. Amazing this is the treatment another Toyota family gets. Reno needs another Toyota dealer that actually cares about it's customers and not about stealing from people

Where is the weather option? My 2017 Corolla XLE had a weather button that i could park on the home screen. Tap it and you had the option of seeing a 12 hour or 3 day forecast and even a current radar map. My 2023 Camry XLE doesn't have it.

Good explanation but this system in unnecessarily complex and the layout is not intuitive at all. My other car (Honda) is so much easier to use.
