Just by using mustard oil it doesn't become North Indian pickle . North Indian pickle has totally different process and ingredients. This is actually a south Indian pickle to which you have added mustard oil . Good attempt though ( I am a kannadiga but born and brought up in North India)

If anyone finds it difficult to digest this recipe, they can soak all the millet & grains for 8 hours in water… then sun dry them. Then roast for less than 10 minutes & mill it into flour Soaking reduces all the phytates in the grains & helps in better digestion… We prepared similar recipe yesterday…our ingredients are: Ragi Bajra Jowar / sorghum Red rice Wheat Bengal gram (kadale kalu) Mung (hesaru kalu) Uddina kalu Moth beans (madaki kalu) Peanuts Soya beans Horsegram (huruli kalu) For spicy flavour: Pepper Jeera Curry leaves. Soaking & sprouting helps in better digestion of grains & legumes

You can but it is called as instant coffee not filter coffee..there is much difference in taste

I jus put desired quantity f filter coffee powder to a vessel of proportionate boiling water n immediately turn f stove.. leave t for 5 mins , powder settles down , there's ur filter coffee decoction without using traditional filter to brew it .

U can make filter coffee decoction even without this filter by using same proportions f filter coffee powder added to proportionate boiling water in vessel and turn off flame immediately. Jus allow 4mins for powder to settle t bottom of vessel and percolate water to transform into decoction !

After every wash ,keep the kadai on gas stove and heat on low flame till all water evaporates..wiping it wont avoid rusting..lightly apply oil with a cotton cloth just to grease it..it avoids rusting
