This is a well appointed and very comfortable home on wheels and extremely capable to go completely OFF GRID as we did for many days in Tasmania. Comfortable to tow and easy setting up.

We are only selling because we love the life style and have ordered a bigger van (5th wheeler). Caravan Fridge Door shelf repair

After a few too many bumps on the road, our fridge door shelf broke. It is quicker and cheaper to repair the old shelf, make it stronger so this doesn't happen again.
Connecting driving lights to a Landcruiser 200 series with OEM LED head lights.

There are plenty of videos on TH-cam about the general installation and plug-n-play process of fitting driving lights to vehicles. However, with the Landcruiser 200 series with OEM LED head lights, finding the required plug for the the piggy back connection is not simple unless you know where to look. This video will answer that question.

Selecting and installing cargo drawers in a 2013 Pajero. One of my criteria is they had to be inexpensive. Money is tight.

Thank you for creating that video. The standard high beams on the J200 are disappointing and knowing where to tap into the harness is very useful information. Did you consider connecting the driving lights directly to the high beams and using the factory "auto" function on road to shut them off?

Mini solar tip (winter, also camping): You can gradually turn down a boiler and all other hungry electricity consumers with the "5000W dimmer". Ebay €7. I run 5 dimmers in parallel on an 850W inverter. Kettle 2.2KW at 150W runs 12 hours a day, so the water is always hot. The room is also nicely heated. 2.5KW washing machine runs in parallel with dimmed to 200...400W. Iron, dishwasher, oven, electric heater, coffee machine, all internal heating are throttled with me. Videos on my channel th-cam.com/video/eC2olbCBhh0/w-d-xo.html The inverter stays cool, quiet and the MOSFETs + (battery) remain intact because no extreme current peaks arrive at the inverter. Now every Mini PV Inverter is enough to sell large devices. So, with the dimmer, all internal heaters/devices can be converted into base load devices that stay almost permanently ON, drawing very little current directly from the PV. With a wattmeter / energy cost measuring device you can then measure this perfectly in order to set the dimmer optimally. A little hint (for everyone else): Energy cannot be saved. So if I want to boil my water, I always have to use the same amount of energy for one liter. Christian's method relies on a longer period of time with less power in order to be able to use the power provided by the PV as efficiently as possible - so consumption peaks are intercepted. In the end, the energy consumption should even be (slightly) higher due to the interposition of the dimmer, but it doesn't matter, since more efficient coverage by the PV system and therefore better use of the self-generated energy..... 🌞 ...
Hi, Great video, thankyou. I like the hatch in the top for access into the area below the drawers 🙂 Can I ask how you dealt with the forward wing brackets? I didn't have enough room to fit these brackets when I installed these drawers in my Pajero.
Hi James, That was some time ago, am on my 3rd vehicle from then. I think I just let the front part of the wings just sit on the wheel arch plastic. Can't remember what was on the draw side of the wing for support. There isn't going to be much weight there so should be ok. Sorry for the lack of detail. Cheers.

I purchased 900 drawers and wings for my Pajero yesterday. It says "Wings For Titan Rear Drawers - suitable for Prado 120 GXL"
