I would be interested in having a barndo home. I'm seeing lots of videos and they're beautiful; however, no one is fibbing any kind of price breakdown.
That’s a great question. A good starting point on something like this is $165 a square foot. That give metal building. Inside that is framed and drywalled. So the walls end up 6 to 8 inches wide. Close and open cell insulation. On top of that is: 1. Septic 2. Site prep. 3. Well 4. Electric from the road. 5. Appliances. 7. Road, gate, fence, cattleguard 8. Retaining walls if needed. 9. Interior cement storm shelter We added solar. Stand alone garage.
