congrats on 2k! breaking down my goals for the year into smaller, daily tasks has also helped me, and i can't wait to experience the fruits that sprout as a result!

I feel you on the stress from work! I have to go in four days a week and my wfh day always feel rushed! My issue isn’t sugar persay but it’s just getting everything I need to get done while managing my stress and going to sleep on time. I have a bad habit of overworking myself and it’s not good lol. Like I’ll get so locked in I’ll forget to eat or will just snack on stuff to replace a meal. Definitely not repeating that anymore this year!

Congrats again!! ❤️ Consistency is key and you saying that once you continue to do something it’ll be in your bloodstream was so important. So i plan to be more consistent this year with school, vlogging all that stuff!

I refined my 2024 goal into 2025 as well! It makes it more attainable than setting new ones.
