Hi, at the end of April, we (my sister and I ) went to Denmark to see my older sister we surprised her, she was telling us to visit her without knowing we already had our tickets booked. It was a nice stay at her house and I relaxed after some stressful months and before other stressful months started again with the exam season starting soon. I've never heard of turmeric water! what are the benefits of drinking it in the morning?
From what I know, turmeric water is really good for inflammation and for those with acne-prone skin and has a lot of other benefits. Usually, I have it in the morning, but sometimes before bed.
