Funny how the most successful corporations got there by being greedy
First video ive seen of the reality of property. People then bang on about the capital growth. But A, every property is also increasing in value and B, when do you ever cash it out? 🤷🏿♂️
Common 4 k on bathroom 👎
That’s me!
So your campaign is to target children... coz take away pizza every day for lunch is great for the next generation
Probably better just to do a cheaper deal for the kids. Still make money still entices them to go to shop. Also let’s be honest the pens aren’t helping.
While it's commendable that you're pushing your business, I don't think promoting junk food to school kids is a particularly smart move
Ye like, atleast give the kids something that's good and healthy for a reasonable price. Not just pizza
Oh f of. You clearly moan when wiping. What do you want them to eat?
Step one. Give away your product and make a loss
for the bigger picture it paid off
That’s me!
Sometimes less is more. If you cram all the value into one package, there will be no incentive for customers to buy more from you.
Ajmal i have been looking to get in to the industry for sometime and don't know where to start and look could you help?
This is someone who you would want to learn from is there any advice you could give or even do you need emails done for you?
Getting paid half of what your product or service is worth is how to go bankrupt. If this guy spent all day giving that guy 20 for 10, itd be fine for a bit but eventually he's going to be out of money and out of business.
Wisdom
Please keep uploading these been watching you since you spoke at my college in 2019
I do this but I do it because I want the value of a dollar to mean something
You wouldnt be in such a business if the profit was so low
This means a lot to me man, thank you 💪🏼
Wait for inspiration to hit at a random moment? Terrible advice to be honest. Hard work and discipline will trump this every time. Also not everyone is as lucky as you
Oh, so you worked hard and also got lucky. Well done. University was free when you went, wasn't it?
get a loan
@@mt2oo8 an interest free loan? Who does those?
Dubai got big oil money. Comparing does nit make sense
W guy
I would exchange your taxes for your healthcare in less than a millisecond.
Makes it sound easy to just start a business with a 250k a year turnover. I don't know the numbers but I bet it's a very small % of business' that actually survive 3 years.
You’re handing your kids money and telling them to give you 80% back. Give them a choice and tell them they can either spend it or save it and then their life is fully in their control. Educate your child to spend on what they need and “borrow” what they want. For example you want to buy a bike, but they can’t ride one - rent one for a week if they learn and enjoy you buy… if they want nothing they save… if they want rubbish and buy it all they have no money for things they want… don’t treat your kids like pets. Treat them like mentees, it fits with the whole saying around buying a man lots of fish vs buying him a rod and teach him to fish
Yeah go out there pick a market you can win in and go. Way easier to go into a job that is worked a certain way and change it to be successful
What’s a millionaire billionaire 😂😂😂
Studies show that word of mouth is far stronger when looking for growth. Also what if your brand is against cars or is focussed around health and wellbeing. Silly video again.
Thanks for zero insight
Effort does not equal results dude. You’re working with half an equation.
Ah that explains it, when I went to Poland I got a pizza from Dominos and it was so much cheaper than here, I guess that’s why
Poland's VAT is higher than ours. The reason it was cheaper for you, is because purchasing power is lower in Poland. It isn't cheap for Polish people.
VAT is 20%
Yes then all ingredients are taxed too
You are thinking small. Your were taxed on the £10 when you earned it, you were then taxed 20% on the Pizza, but you also paid the tax paid by the Shop Owner, who paid tax on the ingredients and his profits. That is how it becomes 50%.
Irrelevant on the final selling price of an item. 20 goes to government 80 goes to the business. Taxes for buying goods, corporate tax, council tax etc will be paid from that 80. while I appreciate the point he is trying to make, it's not exactly true what he's saying. Overheads are inclusive of other taxes
@@Ksaysme I mean, you are correct, but so is he. If the Business had a lower tax rate, and VAT was not inclusive on a Business Purchase, would the product still cost £10? No. It would be cheaper. So say that is the case and the Product now costs £7, the amount that is taxed to the government is less. I get your point, but its still a valid metric. Retaxation of everything is a problem. We dont need MORE taxes, we need BETTER spending from Politicians is the overall case. You already pay Income Tax and NI, then you pay Council Tax, then you pay VAT, meanwhile the same happens on everything purchased, you end up with a zero sum profit for the individual. Meanwhile, Government pays billions for the rebuilding of Commons when frankly they could have tendered for much cheaper and decide not to. Just look at Dubai, Saudi and other Tax Free States, and their quality of life and services is massively better than our psuedo-Socialist Capitalism.
@@justno808 pseudo socialist? There's nothing socialist about it they use working people's tax money to pay for war and privatise everything so their mates can get contracts in a big circle jerk. Also tax reductions/lower production costs don't even remotely guarantee price drops, especially after prices have already risen. See: Large companies profits since the pandemic
How is it 40-50%? You didnt explain it so calling bs
Not just VAT to account for u have to remember the business that sells the pizza has to pay tax as well, it all ads up
All the individual ingredients, items even the box it’s in and the recycling of the box production and transportation. Maybe he’s including all that, how deep does it run 😂
Public services are already underfunded so where will you get the money for government spending if you cut tax? Although we should move more of the tax burden from ordinary people to the ultra-wealthy.
maybe reduce gov spending?? and moving the tax burden will do squat, the more you increase taxes on HNW'S the more will move their money elsewhere, or find other avenues of tax loopholes to pursue, in addition the more you tax hnws, the less money they have to keep the economy moving though wages , personal expenses and investments the answer is the gov spending needs to be reduced, in several aspects.
You shouldn't need money to fund government spending if they cut spending? They have proven themselves unable to provide services no matter how much money they have to spend. I'd rather they not try at all.
@@benedictdunington602What cash strapped government service should we cut so that some ultra-wealthy oligarchs can have even more money? Also people who are extremely wealthy don't hold money in a bank account like we do. Their wealth is mostly in assets like stocks and real estate. Sure they can leave the country, but they aren't wizards who can magically put factories, offices and apartments into bags and take them with them. The way in which we targeted Russian oligarchs after the Russian invasion of Ukraine proved that if the government wants to tax (or confiscate in this case) wealth, they can.
@@SNOUTxTOUTWhat should we cut?
Britain is actually one of the most heavily taxed nations in the western world, our public services are underfunded because the largest portion of the tax we pay is classified as "undefined" (read: embezzled). The government is perfectly OK dishing out billions in bailout money to their friends businesses but when it comes to public infrastructure they are ideologically opposed to funding it well. The problems we have in this country are not coincidental, they are manufactured by those in power because those at the top, profit the most during crisis.
Love the accent
Yeah everyone will be a millionaire when minimum wage is £25,000 an hour, and a chocolate bar costs £2,000 and a house costs £1bn
bro with the glasses is a straight up businessman🗿
This is a lie....who charges 10 a pizza that size.
I find this hard to believe,
Not sustainable
The guy in the video has used the overhead rates as a percentage of a single pizza which isn’t really fair. The rates are probably calculated as a percentage of annual or monthly overhead costs. A more realistic way of calculating overheads into the cost of the pizza would be to use time involved e.g. 15min labour to make the pizza, therefore find 15min of overhead costs. Monthly overhead / 31 days (month) / 24hr x 0.25hr = 15min of overhead cost which can be deducted from price of pizza.
This guy is a total moron 😂he's trying his best not to have any competition 😂the man is multimillionaire from selling pizza but expects people to believe its 64p profit 😂😂dont go to his restaurants
false calculations on profit vs expenses
True for most of the small businesses, my monthly gross is $22000 from that i end up with $5000 to $6000 Think where the rest goes $17000 is for rent, insurance, permits, payroll, utilities, etc.... rent alone is $6000
Rather have 5k per month working for myself than a company
Much better than working for 30 an hour for someone else .
not really, the leverage and risk associated with this is insane. this guy needs to buy a building so you can pocket the equity when you pay it off. when its paid open another
Source : trust me bro. Most non Sense video i ever Saw.
Flour is cheap, cheese is cheap, tomatoes are nearly free. Think about it guys. Pizzas are 95% profit. Paying humans to make them is the expensive part.
Fr bro this guy clearly don't want others to start a business 🤣
I Call BS on this...
No way lol You're saying you'd have to sell 750 pizzas to make $1000 profit? In a super high volume high over head large scale restaurant maybe and if you'd competing with Dominos selling $9 pizzas maybe
But dominos sucks. Everybody wants a delicious pizza made with love.
If u count it like that u already bankrupt
Great video. It looks like some people on the comments here don’t understand what overheads and taxes are. Try running a business and it’ll all become clear.
If you really blv that pizza costs 10 to make you are an idiot lmao.
Yea but that's not how you calculate the cost of making the pizza 😂all the cost don't get piled onto one thing
Yes agreed with the comment above. The guy in the video has used the overhead rates as a percentage of a single pizza which isn’t really fair.
