Yeah that’s a block, for more inexperienced refs that’s a charge but he was still not set and watching it the first time I could tell you it’s a block. Understanding though Ik you’re trying to teach and it’s close enough

I don’t have the best volleyball specific tips, but tips for wanting to join any team like that -put in as much effort as you can -ask questions on anything you don’t understand, want to learn on, or anything. This shows that you are interested and you want to develop your game and learn more about the sport - go in with an open mind and willing to learn and try new things Best of luck at tryouts

Hi! I’ve play vb for a year now I recommend if you go to school, see if they have a volleyball practice program or if their is any club volleyball places you could go to. I recommend buying a vb and start practicing at home by yourself or with a friend. Hopes this helps! Good luck on ur journey 💗

Indeed definitely not a block. He jumped up towards the ball to touch it , he didn't jump up before the ball is on its way to crossing the net. He even PLAYED it upwards with his hand turned towards his own field... you can't consciously play the ball in a block. Could've made a better demonstration...

block touch doesnt count towards the three touches
