While adding datasource in grafana, twinmaker workspace name is not coming automatically as shown in video. twinmaker workspace name is entered and clicked on "save and test". It was showing error as "Failed to get session token". How to resolve this issue?

I did everything right , i built my bot with Lex V2 , tested my bot in isolated environments, and confirmed the regions were consistent across all services except Cloudfront, which is global, configurations and permissions were done right but the widget would return the following error " We are unable to load chat at this time, please refresh the page to retry or try again later." I even tried it on several browsers to no avail. Do you have any idea what maybe wrong?
