I would hv commented but it's so annoying to hv to strain to hear you. Really annoyed."so I decided to end the video and not finish it.
Happy 2 weeks! You look great for being so close out from major surgery. And so happy to hear the lungs are doing better. You're probably already under 100 kilos, so congrats, that's awesome!! :) I had crazy bad shoulder pain in the hospital as well - they told me it was the gas (sounds crazy to me!) We love coffee just as much over here too haha. I find my tummy likes luke warm water the best, maybe try that!
A loss is a loss!! You're doing great!
You're right. Thanks.
I also find water to be heavy, have you tried warming it up? I can get warm water down easily, so maybe try that if you're still having trouble.
I'll give it a try. Thanks.
You're doing great. Don't get discouraged. It's normal to have a stall at 2-3 weeks out.
Thanks. Trying not to. 😃
Oh our surgery dates are close. It will be interesting to see how we go.
Hello! Glad to see that you are doing well!
Thanks
Best of luck to you and you'll do wonderful!

hey simon. Dennis gave you a shoutout on hi channel and I'm here! welcome. the chest congestion is common after any anesthesia but 8 days seems like a long time. do get it looked at, there is a risk of pnemonia because your immune system take a bit of a hit with the surgery and all the healing going on. GL on your WL journey! from the looks of ya, you are starting from a good place ... got some muscle on ya! I'm a bit of muscle freak since surgery ... its a real boon to the weight loss for sure.
Thanks mate. I have seen the doctor and it is a touch of pneumonia. I am on antibiotics and a ventolin nebuliser and I am feeling a bit better. I have my appointment with my surgeon next Friday so I will discuss this with him and hopefully put some measures in place for before I get sleeved so I hopefully won't have to go through this again. Thanks for subscribing. I am going to subscribe to you also and watch your journey. I have always wanted to have some muscle so I will look at joining a gym again soon. Probably not til after I get sleeved though.
Nice to have another Aussie out there. Hope your surgery went well.
