Currently have an engine management light EML on display and code reads P0303. Cylinder 3 misfire detected. I have changed the Ignition coils, spark plugs and cleaned the injectors. I almost have same problem but with mine i got the variator plate off but not the boss the piece that slides

@karlohinez4469 I did actually....used a combination of techniques 1 was a pulley, the other was a rope, then some heat
@@quentin1956 Nice heat, rope who would have thought haha it's great once you wrap it behind the boss and it pops off.
@karlohinez4469 well it definitely wasn't that easy but still managed lol did you?
@@quentin1956 absolutely I used a mallet and rope. Once you lock the rope and twist as you do this then tap with mallet came off easy. XD once I decided what to use.

I guess I could have another look at them but is fine when running and very quiet when riding and coming to a stop. But I'll check them out see if there's any difference. I want to redo the oil anyways

I found a set of bars might order them on Tuesday. Also it's not 22mm they are 25mm in diameter

I did get mine off. With Rope. I even had it all running then the Engine burst.
That's why the scooter cvt is very bad design or a flaw that hasn't been fixed for a century. 😅 I'm also facing this problem. I mean its kinda is a design flaw. And they the scooter manufacturer still make this qnd we still pay money for this failure. Its just unacceptable. If there are many people's scooter facing these issues mean that its something not right with this variator design or products. Its just a disgusting manufacturers still doing the same thing over and over again. Thus make us consumer suffer. ☹️
This is so true. But it's the easiest way to make automatic Scooter. So as they say why change something that works. I know they could make loads of improvement and I guess that's why people buy aftermarket upgrades.
I have the same problem. What did you ended up doing
You need to wrap rope around the drive and twist it while pulling with one hand and gently tap it with a mallet or rubber hammer around the edges. It will eventually come loose
I put rope around it and while pulling on the rope I tapped gently around the plate and it eventually came off.

Can you install case fans in the front of this case?
you can but they would not be seen if they were RGB as the front is not transparent.
@@karlohinez4469 thanks for answering my question, but i have no idea how to install case fans on the front the doesn’t seem to be a way to do it.
