I've made an exhaust video already, but quite a few people were asking for interior shots/sounds of the exhaust. I didn't pull hard (sorry i just got a speeding ticket recently lol), but you get to hear how a normal drive would sound. Enjoy

Skyrim Realvision ENB Extreme/High Settings

What kind of wing is that? It almost looks like a huracan style wing for the supra I dig it.

How’s the smell with catless?
The smell is definitely there. Wouldn’t recommend the catless setup if the car is your daily.

man I really wish $4000 windows pc would take speakers seriously. My wifes 16' m1 macbook pro speakers are so good we dont even connect them to external speakers when we play music its hard to beleive its coming from a laptop
im not an apple guy...at all. But godamn i know that all other laptop manufacturers should take notes and learn a lesson or two from apple. Just listen to those speakers...even through youtube audio they sound phenomenal i cant even imagine what theyre like in person. Hats off and kudos to apple truly.

Thanks for the video. I have same pipes and noticed that theres like this rattle that the top exhaust makes. Sounds different than the bottom exhaust. Guess this is normal hearing it on your setup also.
On the vance and hines website 2018 doesn't show as year they fit. Anyone know why?

I got the MacBook Pro 14 and the Mac can not compared to anything else on a laptop even in 2022 and Windows users have to use something external to get the best sound quality or switch to an older Mac that has an Intel processor because the M1 can't currently run windows as of 2022 and I can try to edit this later if they can add windows support on m1

i own a 16 inch m1 macbook pro and a 2022 blade 15 advanced. The Blade 15 is by far the best audio for a 15 inch blade razer has ever made. it has all new drivers ( eight of them ) while it lacks being full + bass the audio quality is sharp, excellent virtual surround sound i think they made it that way as its much easier to here footsteps on the blades 15 speakers and it gets crazy loud and most important thing it doesnt crackle even at max volume. But compared to Apple my god, for a company that doesnt make any gaming hardware the speakers are not just mind blowing its the best in any laptop ever period and i believe even upcoming windows laptops a few gen ahead will not even come close to it.

You know you can change some of that in your settings right? I mean the bass sounds crappy in the Razer but you can fix that to sound better.
my iphone 11 pro's speakers are 10x better than my 2020 razer 15 lol .... luckily im wearing headphones 95% of the time with it but when I first played music on it my immediate reaction was "wtf is this" lol
Yeah the razer laptops now have pretty bad speakers as my asus laptop have much better speakers as the bass is cleaner and more punchy then the razer and it has more clarity.
The 16 inch would be the right comparison since the razor blade is a 17 inch but it’s not even necessary lol. The 16 inch actually sounds better than the 14

So has the audio quality improved at all on the Razer? Supposedly they were going to release a firmware update to "improve" the audio quality but how much can software really do right?
I will say this, while they don't hold a candle to Apple's offerings, they are a large improvement over the 2021 17 inch blade. I tried them both in person, side by side with the same music track, and the difference was substantial.
video doesnt do the 14 inch much good, it has to be heard in real life to hear how great it is
Could you upload more videos demonstrating the audio quality of the new Razer Blade 17? Also I would like to know if you had spatial audio on or stereo mode on THX? The Spatial Audio effect reduces quality.
The XPS speakers also trash Razer. Why can't Razer use better speakers on a 17 inch chassis?
The Macbook's quality sounds deeper and bassier but it is more expensive so it only makes sense..
That razer model is also damn expensive. It’s no excuse.
The Razer Blade 17 starts at 2999€ (all prices in their respective german online stores) and the MacBook Pro 14“ starts at 2249€ so there’s no reason to say that the MacBook is more expensive.

I noticed it. I screenshotted it, and when my RB17 2022 arrives, I'll be doing something eerily similar.
How do you find the mobile performance and battery life when doing normal work/productivity?
I get about 5 hours when I turn the performance sliders all the way down. The laptop still feels pretty snappy regardless of that. Used the laptop with about 40-50% brightness with a virtual machine, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and about 20-30 tabs in two different browsers.
@@randall-lbc nice - so still quite good performance when doing general productivity then - guessing that reducing to about an hour or so when using the maximum performance? I’m trying to get a combination laptop that can do both higher-end video editing and productivity - the new MacBooks are great, but can’t game on them (I’m thinking about doing game development soon).

Would love to see the comparison again after Razer releases their THX / speaker tuning update that they said is coming out soon.
I plan on doing a comparison again when that happens. There's been several "Realtek Media" updates through Windows Updates since then, but sound quality hasn't changed at all. However, I understand this isn't the THX Software update coming from Razer.
@@randall-lbc THX software makes my razer blades sound shitter. I had to remove the application and it sound better
Let's be real here. Their THX optimized settings are not going to magically turn those into better speakers now.
@@cemsengul16 yeah it sucks. I uninstall the program and it sounds way better. But the loudness will decrease a little bit. But somehow when you update window or use troubleshooter for sound, the thx program will automatically download back and it's so frustrating. Now I'm usually using my headphones or speaker

Razer speakers still suck. 8 Speakers, THX sticker and marketing is a joke. I have both a 2020 and 2021 RB 15” and was interested the difference in speakers to the new models.

What about battery life thus far?
about 5 hours with 50% brightness; a virtual machine, microsoft teams, outlook, and two browsers with about 20-30 tabs. You can also charge this laptop via USB-C, but remember that Thunderbolt 3/4 onyl supports up to 100W so if you really start pushing the laptop, it'll start draining the battery. But it's nice to know that you can charge the laptop with the huge power brick when you're doing light work.
Great comparison for sure and it's kind of sad to say because you are paying a hefty amount for a laptop to have washed speakers but as a razer laptop owner I can't say it's not worth the buy when you can game pretty much anything and macbook can't or at least in high quality. If macbook can game just as hard which will eventually happen then good luck razer, better start looking for better or comparable speakers because this comparison was a slap to the speaker department 👍
I mean the 2019 MBP was as good if not better compared to a budget gaming laptop with a GTX 1650, and now, it’s a great buy.
Need to say: I am listening with my Airpods Max and the mic isn't the best, but the macbook sounds soo much juicy / full / saturated!
Razer said that the 8 speakers are currently buggy! They are working on driver updates.
I truly hope that's the case. I know they're still working on the drivers for the speakers, but I'm really worried that it won't improve too significantly. Because that's what it'll truly take to make them sound even close to an iPad pro.
@@randall-lbc Guess we will see. To me it sounded like some of the speakers were not active. I had the same issue with a couple of studio headphones. But who knows what drivers/DAC they've build in.
This razer blade 8 speakers set up are probably worse than Ipad pro, I trough they would improve the audio quality in this year, I was so looking forward to find a gaming laptop with great speakers.But seems like the razer disappoint me.

@@phlyxar i use it as a main workstation as well thou i run linux on it with nowadays pop_os as my fav distro. In the last years i've tried various laptops. I usually order 4-5 "gaming" laptops and pick my favorite. There's no laptop without bugs. Over the years i mostly picked the Razer.
@@youjean83 Well, Razer has 20 days left only, I hope they fix it, but I still worry about Razer 8 speakers set up are worse than Rog 6 speakers set up, because this video shows that the Razer sounded is so much worse than Ipad pro and Rog 2021 flagship are sounded greater than ipad pro.
@@sagirilzumi6355 nahhh you should change your expectations. Not only is software released in beta but also the hardware! The early adaptors ALWAYS end up testing the products.

Nice comparison. That was exactly what I was looking for. What is about the keyboard? How does it feel compared to hte MacBook?
Out of all the upgrades for 2022, the keyboard is the most noticeable. Larger key caps and much, much, much snappier switches, but no noticeable audible increase. I love the keyboard. It's probably my favorite windows laptop keyboard next to the Dell XPS series. I think the new MacBook Pro's have the industries best keyboard, but honestly the Dell XPS and now Razer Blade 2022's come pretty close. It's a joy to use.

Nice video and sound quality is great. I just installed the same exhaust on my 2018 shadow. Sounds amazing and is loud enough to be heard at 70 mph.
