HOT tractor cab?

The FIRST thing to check when tractor AC isn't cooling your cab. The air conditioner condenser MUST be kept free of debris to have cold air. Sometimes, depending on conditions, it must be done multiple times per day.

What’s MSRP on this tractor?
Is the Mitsubishi engine ever put in anything else
Mitsubishi is a huge engine manufacturer. They also build a bunch of other machines and tech. I am not aware of what all tractors run the Mitsi engine, but I am sure a quick google search might help you out. Here is just a short list of what runs this brand engine... Mitsubishi Diesel Engine Industries & Applications Generators for marine and industrial applications. Power trains for excavating or construction equipment. Water pumps. Compressors. Ship propulsion systems. Agriculture equipment.
We're looking at that model and interested in buying it. I am wondering if the 3 point articulates horizontally so you can angle your box blade (or whatever else)? Thanks for the video, one of if not the best videos on this model.
Not hydraulicly. You can adjust the right side lift arm and both lift arm pin holes. You should look at the new MT242E or HE. I LOVE the new Yanmar engine. We've sold Yanmar excavators with similar engines since 2015. We haven't had 1 single issue... emissions or otherwise! SWEET! I like the new styling as well, but love the new stabilizers set up! Check then out. If you're in my area, we have them. 0% for 96 month finance in June!
@@MurphyBrothersTradingCo Sir, I would buy from you in a heartbeat, very knowledgeable and informative! We don't live anywhere near there though. We actually bought the MT242HE. What a rig! We should get it in about a week or two. Thanks for all your help, very appreciated.
Do these have a speedometer? The 2 series do not. Thanks.
No speedo on the MT3.
My 1626 has an oil dipstick on the floor , between my feet. What’s that?
That is the transmission/hydraulic oil dipstick. Check and fill at that spot.
What size an type are the rear hydraulic valves?
Most all manufacturers have gone to using a standard 1/2 inch iso coupler on rear valves. There are 2 separate valves with 2 levers. There are 4 outlets on the rear. I can't remember if either will detent to constant flow or float. Hit me back next week as a reminder and I will check. Thanks
Also do you use the throttle pedal on the right hand side do move?
I HATE foot throttles. In my opinion, a tractor's ground speed should completely rely upon gear. If you don't run diesel engines at enough rpm, especially Tier 4 emissions and newer, they create more soot to burn off. Plus, your hydraulics, PTO, cooling, air conditioning, steering, etc are not functioning at rated speed. I only use my foot throttle to help compensate for an RPM drop when running a heavy PTO application or driving down the road. When doing field work, set that hand throttle at what is required for the task and let'r eat.
Great video. So with the power shuttle, if I’m doing loader work, it should be much easier back and forth? Kind of like a Yanmar?
I am not familiar with the Yanmar tractors at all, but all "power shuttles" or as Deere calls them "power reversers", in TRACTORS usually work similarly. You can shift F/R without clutch if you would like. You can also use the clutch if you desire. I know on my MT573, I do it both ways. When trying to "inch" up to something or backing the drawbar into my Bush-Whacker MD144 hitch, I can control better with the clutch. I hope that answers your question. If not, feel free to give me a call. The MBTC office number is 662-720-0022. Ask for Chris. Thanks!
Wow, incredibly informative
Glad you think so! Subscribe if you can. Thanks
Great video… thanks for sharing the knowledge.

Have you ever put a rifle mount in the cab of an mt347? Or know of one?
Sorry, I have not. I have a MT573CPS. It has a little more room behind the seat. I usually let my beat up AR lay behind the seat. HOWEVER, make sure it doesn't bounce into the glass! I have seen some rifle mount that mounted with suction cups to the glass. I cannot remember where I saw them. Wish I could help more. Thanks for reaching out! Chris

Yes sir. Please like and subscribe. I try not to add junk videos to our list. Hoping all our stuff contains pertinent info for our customers.
Just learned more from you than from my dealer 6 weeks ago in Texas
Thanks. We try hard to let our customers... and others, learn all they can learn about their equipment. These videos were really to let our customers have a "refresher" on what we do in person at point of sale. It is pretty flattering that so many others have referred to it as well. My 5145 3 pt linkage has never raised all the way up. I didn’t know until I watched other videos and saw lower linkage elevated above ground parallel. I just had 50 hr service, so hydraulic fluid level is good. I’ve cycled 3 pt linkage control knob several times, w/o success. Don’t know what else to do. Any ideas?
Have your dealer check the lever. It could be set out of range... possibly?
Awesome video, thanks

Thanks! We have more coming on the new LS MT2E series. I THINK we shoot next week.
You represent the LS brand well.
Thank you very much. LS Tractor has been very good to us as well.

Do you have the attaches for plowing
We sell cultivator of different sizes. We don't sell many in this area, but I have a few. You might call the store next week to price what we have. Please know which tractor you have when you call. Thanks! 662-720-0022 Chris
How do you get it to stop beeping? No lights on the dash, tried resetting all the trip meters, read the service manual. Driving me crazy...
Check park brake. Hard to diagnose without seeing the tractor. I suggest taking it to your dealer if park brake isn't the issue. I THINK they also have a service/maintenance indicator beep when something is due to service. Has to be reset after service is performed. This procedure is in manual.
Im trying to figure out if I should get a backhoe for my YT 359 or just get a mini excavator. It is mostly going to be used in the farm. Videos like this make me wanna get an excavator ! Great review .... keep em coming
A real excavator made for commercial work and backed up with service like the Yanmar, and most of the large brands, will certainly out perform any backhoe attachment designed for any tractor. It will cost more money, but you are building equity in the excavator vs just hoping you have enough work to justify the expense of the attachment. Usually the attachment backhoes will bring about 50% the original cost if that when you trade or sell. My suggestion is go excavator if you can fit it in your budget. Feel free to call us! We have a couple of Yanmar SV40 units that we got a HUGE deal on. These two units are roughly $30000 less than MSRP!!! Thanks, Chris Murphy 662-720-0022
I have a ls u5030 and love it but our dealer in Gainesville GA closed now nowhere even close we don't have a dealer within hundreds of miles it will take forever to get parts and services please we need your help 4/4/2024

We can't "give a haircut over the phone", but we are glad to try and help as much as possible. We can be reached at 662-720-0022 (landline no texts) or sales@murphybrotherstrading.com. Thanks!
LS has done a tidy job the way they’ve routed the hydraulic lines and quick couplers on the right side of the tractor. Less chance of getting it torn off if you’re working in the bush, doing some grapple work, etc. I really like this unit, and you gave a great presentation. Thank you for your time and effort, you’re probably a decent guy to strike a deal with.
Thanks! We would be happy to help of you'd like. I do always recommend to buy from your closest and best dealer to your location. You are correct about the hydraulic line locations. LS does a fantastic job. We are one of the happiest LS dealers in the country. Make sure to subscribe to our channel. We are not monetized but it helps us get out there! Thanks, Chris Murphy
Hate to ask you to shine a flagpole..but say you were 59 and had bad knees (trying to find bone clic to take my uhc insur) would you lean toward a 2600 a 4500 or maybe 1600 series? Look8ng for ease of getting up into operator seat..# handles 40hp+ and hydrostatic
We don't offer the 2600 series at my place. I MUCH PREFER the 1600, 4500, and REALLY dig the 5100 series. Of course, the bigger and nicer the tractor is, the more it'll cost you... except for the 4500 series. The 4500 series does miss out on some of the nicer features in hitch, transmission, etc. As far as the bad knees, the 1600 will be the units closest to the ground. Not near as far to get up on and not as far to fall off! Haha! Ain't laughing atcha, laughing with ya! I stepped into an excavator today and messed up an ankle! No pain, no gain... I guess??? Thanks for commenting. Please subscribe. It helps us get more views. We aren't trying to monetize the channel or anything. Just want content viewed enough to make it worth the effort. Thanks again, Chris Murphy
Very clear and concise video, well done and thorough. Thank you for your time. I’m looking at a new Mahindra 6075 PST cab model up here in Canada. Heavy built machine, I really like it.
Glad it was helpful!
I have a toro
Not familiar with the Toro tractors in our part of the country. I think they made some neat little center pivot machines. I had a customer 25 years ago thar built golf courses. He had several but I can't remember model numbers or anything.
Great review. Thanks
Thanks for watching!
Y'all know anyone doing real american for pickups that'd be similiar to the ford couriers in the 70s 80s.

We are actually a Mahindra tractor dealer. These ROXOR units are actually built by Mahindra for off road utility use. I am a little familiar about what you are looking for due to us selling the little Japanese Kei class trucks many, many years ago. I wish I could help you more. Thanks@@thomgri
@@MurphyBrothersTradingCo if someone did do it and sold around 3-5k a pop they'd make a killing with good pr. Basic no add ons😆.
Are they street legal? Also, what's Dana Style? Are they real Dana axles?
Not street legal. We used "Dana style" because we have not yet gotten underneath to verify. Dana axles was what was told to us at the national dealer meeting. I'm a keeper from way back. Just looking at them, they sure look like a D30
What is the top speed of the mt357 hydro in medium range. I’m wondering if it will work good for raking/tedding hay. I don’t want to have to shift between high and medium. Would prefer just leave in medium the entire time.
I don't know. You might find that on the spec sheet listed on the online brochure. However, your speed would have to vary depending on load and terrain. Also, I'd be concerned with any tractor that size for raking due to ground clearance. I'd think you'd drag a lot of hay when crossing windrows??? Find that speed spec at lstractorusa.com
Why does LS have such a stupid brush guard? It is so far away from the grille.
Never had that question before. Not an engineer here, but I have seen some bent to where the hood won't open. If it were closer, it wouldn't have as much room for "error" ???
Agree re: PTO cruise and preference to engage with tractor as an operator.
Yes sir. I prefer to be in control of my tractor.
Thank you for this video! My dealer in Jasper Alabama didn’t show me anything! Just dropped it off in my driveway with the keys in it.
That means a lot. Many times dealers, us included, are running in so many directions that little details get missed or hurried through. I can be accused of this same thing. I am sure your dealer would walk you through one on his lot if you went back and asked. The whole purpose of us making these videos was for that purpose. I can be at two places at once... in a sense. Also, this might give our customers and any Mahindra customer some place to look when they have time. I have found that many customers are concentrating on the first 150 things they can do with their new tractor instead of listening to HOW to use and maintain their investment. I would be the same way... EXCITED! Thanks for your comment. It makes the effort worthwhile. Chris
Does the MT3 have mid PTO? If so can you equip with a mid mount mower and front mount snow blower? Thanks!
LS does now show a dealer installed kit for the mid PTO. I do not see a mid-mount mower available at this time. There is a LS snow blower available to fit the LL4106 loader. However, we are in Mississippi and I have never laid hands on a snow blower. I certainly suggest to reach out to your local LS dealer in your area for more information. They probably deal with snow removal if you do. Thanks
Can you get a buddy seat as an option?
LS does not offer a buddy seat for them anymore. However, we have something that will work. Give us a call for more details. 662-720-0022 Chris Murphy
does this tractor have a mid pto option for a front mount snow blower ??? can't find anything on line about it.
There is no mid PTO that I am aware of. We are in northeast, MS, and don't sell any snow equipment. I am VERY unfamiliar with what is required for snow blowers. Dealers in that area would have a LOT more knowledge on that than I. I try my best to KNOW what it is we sell, but I will be the first to tell you when I don't. If you don't find any answers, please let me know and I will look into it myself. Thanks, Chris Murphy
You are a consummate professional!
Well, I did have to Google "consumate professional", but THANKS! haha
Yes sir! Thanks again!
What’s the part number for the key or Picture ? I have a 2021 2638 HST
I am just seeing this. You can call our parts department in the morning for that info. Thanks! 662-720-0022
The loader hydraulic lines looks like a huuuge pain to reconnect
Not at all. I actually own a MT573 personally. I remove my loader 3 to 4 times a year. I even have more hoses for a Lane Shark. It is not a problem at all.
I am loving my new LS MT235e. Incredible walk around. One question I hope you can help with. That ever important fuel tank strainer. Any pointers on how to retrieve it from inside the tank? These wonderful new fuel can spouts! Needing 4 hands, I slipped, and the nozzle pushed the strainer into the tank.
I have seen many folks have luck with a coat hanger, but as cheap as they are, I would simply replace it. If you ever have to remove or clean the tank, it will be much easier to remove when the tank is taken off the tractor.
Will one of those new seats fit a 2015 mahindra 3016 model.
I have never tried that. The part numbers do not cross over. You might measure your mounts and take the measurements by a dealer with a 1626 in stock and do some comparing. However, you can make about any seat work with some fabrication.
@@MurphyBrothersTradingCo ok thanks for the info
Any advise on opening the hood? I pushed the button, hears a click, and… nothing. It still feels locked in place
I have seen hoods that get out of adjustment. We can usually open them up by holding pressure on the button with right hand and bumping on top of the hood emblem with left hand. Just a straight down bump. They usually open then. You need to look at any adjustment required before you close the hood. Most times just a little penetrating oil on the latch and cable will help tremendously.
We are ir in Oregon and I am looking for one by FEB of 2024
Great machine!
This was a super helpful video. Didn't get nearly this type of information from my dealer. I learned some things. Appreciate it!
Glad it was helpful! We will keep trying to put more good information out there as new models appear. Mahindra is introducing the new OJA series to us dealers later this month. I'm very excited!
Great efficient communicator.
Thanks!
" Don't tie it to a tree and take off!"
Haha. Hopefully folks understood the point.
Finally, somebody included an in depth segment on the front axle. A very complete overview of the tractor. I honestly didn't consider LS until now, I will look at these tractors. Very important info when it comes to loader - axle relationship. Fantastic job well done.
Thank you for your kind words. We try. Hopefully we are your closest dealer, but if not, I am sure you will like your MT573!
Thanks for the info. I have a 2023 MT235e and would like to ask do y'all have any trouble with the codes coming up. I have 13 hrs. on the tractor and have a 27 F08 code, is there a way to find what the codes mean? The shop manager at the dealer said he thought it was an EGR valve.
The S27 F08 code is certainly EGR related. I suggest taking it to your dealer. It could mean the egr was faulty from the beginning or as simple as a bad connection or ground. Again, I strongly suggest taking it to the dealer. Thanks!
Thank you Sir for the info and I will do that. I am still thinking about trading for the MT225e so I do not have the computer, regen, and codes to deal with. The tractor is 2023 maybe I won't lose too much in the trade. Thanks again@@MurphyBrothersTradingCo
The MT225E models do still have EGR valves, but no computer. I doubt I would trade for a bad EGR. Not this early, anyway. @@user-ie6xu7bg7t
Thanks for the info I'll work with it while it is under warranty. I hope all goes well nice tractor but if I had it to do all over I would have gone with the MT225E instead. I wanted it to start with but got talked into the more horsepower.@@MurphyBrothersTradingCo
I need to correct this. The MT225E/HE does NOT have an EGR valve. My mistake and sorry.
Thanks for the run down and all the "little" practical tips.
You bet!
