So I’m guessing season 2 is going to cover the in between from king of the monster to Godzilla vs Kong since apex would go on to create mecha Godzilla which they only only were able to once the antagonists of king of the monster acquired the head of king ghidorah. Since it teased Kong it’ll probably also focus on what Kong was doing and how monarch captured Kong
