當年就是考City and Guild獲得業餘無線電牌，報了名讀了一半才知老襯，合格率30%，當年考試局有攪香港考，也不是三幾個人考，問題是亙聯網剛興起，IRC ICQ等更好玩，那會還有人再玩業餘無線電？預計會越來越小人玩，到現在小到考試局也不攪

The same automated voice was used in Canada for our federal weather station broadcasts. Very easy to understand

That's pretty cool. I love the random stuff you can find with a little handheld ham. I was scanning through and found a council meeting for a town in southern Wisconsin. They were just discussing different town events. it was pretty interesting.
