Preliminary exam with witness statements. It’s important to remember that there was witness intimidation that happened after this brutal gang rape. So much so that the original case was dismissed because the cognitively impaired victim sat mute and would not testify.

July 2023 the church service immediately after the arrest of elder Brandon Saylor. He states…it’s a Home problem not a church problem and tells his congregation not to talk about it. Also, church kids did come forward that had been sexually assaulted by Brandon but it was past the statute of limitations for prosecution.
