Alleluia Gospel Acclamation: Jacques Berthier
Composer: Jacques Berthier
“Alleluia” Gospel Acclamation
“If we Love one another, God remains in us,
And his love is brought to perfection”.
While we are happy to announce the Gospel reading, we are very excited to be back up in the choir loft after being unable to use the organ for several weeks ! Luckily the water leak only damaged one half of the organ (the great pipes) so we are still able to use the quieter “swell” pipes until a full restoration will be done in January.

You Satisfy the Hungry Heart - Gift of Finest Wheat
มุมมอง 4152 หลายเดือนก่อน
This beautiful song has become widely recognized as one of the finest recent Lord's Supper hymns, primarily because of its use of biblical images. The stanzas introduce each of these images in turn, and the refrain repeatedly brings us back to the hymn's controlling thought: God's "gift of finest wheat" is Christ, "the bread of life" (Ps. 81:16; John 6:35). The solid theological text aptly pres...

Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence
มุมมอง 3032 หลายเดือนก่อน
This old text evokes a sense of majesty at the incarnation of Christ, and the slow, almost chant-like melody in a minor tone wonderfully expresses that awe and mystery. We come before Christ in silence and in awe to reflect upon the mystery of the incarnation, joined even by the hosts of heaven to witness the miracle. Sung as the Offertory Hymn 08/11/2024 Ss. Simon & Jude RC Church - Bethlehem,...

@@metro41412 I have a video of it! Hope you checked it out.
YES!! Thank you, I remember this was the most powerful song I heard at Mass while I was an altar boy for 8 years. It resonated deeply. They should bring this proper version of the song, back to all churches and Masses instantly!
Love it
I've been looking for videos of these versions of each part of mass so I can request them to be played like this at my wedding. Thanks so much for posting these videos!!!!
@@Chreis26 God Bless you on your upcoming wedding. I’m the cantor again on 9/2 and we are switching to the Heritage Mass for our arrangements, so I should have more uploads soon. But Mass of Creation is so widely known that it is often used for weddings.
This is the one we use at my Catholic Church
@@Josh-rb8zu awesome! Hope you were singing along.

I FINALLY FOUND IT. Thank you so much for putting this up!!! I grew up singing this in choir and this is the ONLY vid I can find of that melody. Youre a dead set LEGEND.
Christ is King
Why did all the churches replaced this one with inferior remixes??
@@Moneynis I can’t speak for others but I know at mine we cycle through 3 different arrangements of the Mass throughout the liturgical year. This arrangement we use during ordinary time but there is a different one for Advent/Christmas and Lent/Easter.
Beautiful. God bless you ❤
Amen und Respekt thank you Jesus Christus und heiligen amen 🙏🏻🌌🙏🏻🌌🙏🏻🌌🙏🏻🌌🙏🏻💕
Praise the lord 🙌🙌🙏 Love from India ❤️❤️
Is there a longer version
What is the denomination?

Your content is fantastic, You need to optimize your video,
@@Mdsharifulislam007 thank you! I have no idea what that means or how to do it haha.
This song reminds me of my grandmas and grandpas funeral, they are the reason I became a funeral director.
I can't help but be moved by this. Our Lord is truly present!
Thank you! I owe it all to our organist. Our Monsignor is a phenomenal vocalist as well. I’m in great company as the cantor.
Besides receiving, this is my favorite part of the Mass.
Finally find it! Praise God 🎉and Thank you 😊
You’re welcome! Praise The Lord.
I went back to my Catholic Church after 20 years and they had a different version. Thank you preserving this version.
At my church we rotate through three different arrangements of the mass throughout the year. For example during Lent and Easter we sang the “community mass”. However the Sunday following Pentecost and until Advent we’ll be doing mass of creation which is this version.
AMEN 🙏❤
Wonderful cantor
Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might, holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might, heaven and earth are full, full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest, hosanna in the highest.
I used to get in trouble in Catholic school for singing this one too loud in church. Its a certified banger though!
That’s a shame! I wish the congregation sang more. Don’t ever let anyone stop you again. What’s the saying? Something like “singing is praying twice as strong”?
Takes me back to my childhood
This version is better as it doesn't have the trumpet sound as in the other version.
I wish this was on Apple Music or Spotify anything
Wasn't a model of this church on Roadside America ?
I have no clue…I’m not sure what Roadside America is.
Amen 🙌🙏 father God help my unbelief to believe 🙌🙌🙌
WE GOING TO HEAVEN WITH THIS ONE!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
So doleful, almost mournful. Doesn't sound like anything I imagine the cherubim and seraphim singing.
Then leave us and go back to whatever Bible cult you belong to.
Who’s here from papa gut?
Noice song
Nicely played and very accurate, as an accompnist with experience I'd like to share with you, something about pace. This is what I do, I look at the words and notation and consider what we're being told about with in the words and music. A tune with this hymn is celebrating and reverent. I imagine people walking with joy and peace in the dance of the music. I hope this is of help to you. Keep up the blessed talent ❤
God bless us ! Let's give praises.
I miss this version😢😢
Beautiful!❤
Best Catholic hymn written by a Prottie.
St Celestine in Elmwood park ,IL is where I went to be found . Once I heard father Paul say these words I knew I can be helped and saved. It’s a constant battle between my heart and my actions
Lol, small world currently doordashing in Hillside. I gotta check out that church
Powerful! This was the version i was looking for. Christ is King!
I’m happy you have found it!

I AM Jesus Christ in the flesh
The only version
Best rendition out of all of the ones I’ve heard in church. It’s the only one that hits me in the feels upon listening to the first few notes.
Mass or Creation anything is always top tier. Joy and Peace is a good runner up as is Christ the Savior and of course the Chant Mass is always a classic. Anything beyind those four I dont want to hear it.
Mass of Creation and Christ the savior are the two that we cycle through the most at my church here! There’s a third too because I have 3 different version of this Holy Holy Holy on my channel but I don’t know what the 3rd version is titled.
@@ddkrauss12 my parish does the same thing but with Christ the Savior and Joy and Peace, I'm trying to convince our organist to throw Mass of Creation back into the cycle too.
@@kylekellerman6580 ahhh okay I just looked up mass of joy and peace thinking maybe that was it but I don’t recognize it.
@@ddkrauss12 maybe that third type is the Mass of St. Ann?
We’re going to make it. Keep the faith
is this hymn on spotify (this version)?
