A 250cc supercar has 100 hp and goes in 3 sec/100. A two-stroke revs up faster and has more torque. It can reach 250-290 km/h depending on the gear ratio, so you can take bends with a 2G load. If necessary, you can get a few more horsepower with additives such as methanol and nitromethane, 20-30. You can do that for one lap. A radical has the same power-to-weight ratio as a 100 hp supercar. He has also tested turbochargers before. It simply erased for a short time with test tires! But with special big ones it was just brutal how it went off.

Sadly, not realistic! A Simca never revs so high! Maybe 9000/9500 but not 11000/11500 as here. Not even the 16v (Hayabusa) R3 driven by Richardeau has that high revs.
