I gotta say, this song hits the heart strings for me in a significant way. The overall message is EXACTLY the type of uplifting message we need right now considering all the bullshit going on and yet to come here in the U.S. and around the world. Additionally, being the atheist that I am, the message that this life is the only one we know for certain we have and so we gotta take responsibility to step up and make the most of it is an important one in my circles. Awesome track!

My only problem with this song is that it feels a little bit too long. Like 20 seconds or half a minute too long... Well, now that i think about it, maybe cutting a whole minute would be ideal. But I like how refreshing Scour sounds. Primitive and evil, while being modern and not too alienating, so they balance all the elements really well, it's not too far into grindcore or black metal, or death metal, while checking all these boxes. That's impressive.
