Quick meat prep an easy way to add beef liver into your diet | Carnivore Meal Prep | Animal Based
My husband and I are on a 30 day carnivore challenge, and so far, it's going great, I'm sharing a couple of meals we'll be eating throughout the month to ensure we're getting our nutrients and protein in. Not many people can stand the taste of liver, so this is a great way to incorporate it.
I'm currently on my postpartum weight loss journey and have found that eating high protein helps in aiding weight loss. Turns out that you don't need carbs in your diet. (crazy right?) Ground beef liver patties
2 lbs ground beef
1 piece of beef liver
1/2 cup of pork rinds
tsp salt
blend everything except the gb, until a paste. Add to the gb and make into patties, add some cheese if you can tolerate it, it's the same recipe for the meatballs, enjoy!
Pork rind chicken
1/2 bag of wings from Costco (frozen section) thawed
1bag of pork rinds
1 cup of parmesan
tsp salt
Coat the chicken after mixing ingredients (you can use an egg wash, but I don't) and cook on 420 for 25-35 mins depending on your oven and how much chicken you use.

      Luckily I was already on animal based when I started and wasn’t having much fruit. My addiction was maple syrup and honey! 🤦‍♀️ I see now that I had a problem lol! Sugar is no joke!

      @@feliciasablan yea I ended up cheating kinda. I started making bootleg Sprite as a substitute to sugar. Which turned out to be the best thing I ever did and was still healthy for me. Everybody wins.

    Thanks so much for sharing your journey! My husband and I had our daughter Madison 10yrs ago and he lost the sympathy weight after 1 month and then some. I however have been trying to lose the baby weight going on 10yrs now lol😂, your vids are so inspiring. I’m gonna start getting back into the habit of getting on my treadmill daily. Congrats to your new found energy as well! ❤

      Thank you! Honestly the first step I took was to stop bringing “junks” into the house (chips, prepared food, soda, candy, cookies, any processed foods, etc.) I think if you start there you’ll already be on the right track! I hope you find the same energy soon, I’m never going back lol!

    I hope to motivate you to reset for the week while being realistic about what you can get done in a day while having kids. Don't set crazy expectations and be disappointed when all the items on your list don't get checked off, instead, feel accomplished that no disasters happened, everyone is healthy, and the house is mostly clean lol!     Do you get aversions to your animal based meals? perhaps I was being too restrictive or boring, but I get to three days in and I cannot look or smell another piece of bacon or steak or egg. As much as I really believe in the benefits, I can't seem to get past it!

      Yes! I had that with cooking steak. My stomach would get a little queasy but then I’d eat it and be fine. It’s the fat part for me 😅 after a few days it went away though. Try getting a air fryer and put it outside to help with the smells? Or a grill? I hope it gets better for you!

      @@feliciasablan it wasn't cooking it, it was eating it that I had a problem with. I just looked at it and knew if it tried to eat it, it would return immediately lolll. I am sortof thinking to myself....well, I could just fast through until I'm genuinely hungry again, and that might get me through that ick .... Or just go with my craving and have fruit and yogurt for a couple of meals until the ick goes and I can enjoy my steaks and bacon again!

      @@Celeste-dp5ur That really sounds like sugar addiction making you have a psychological aversion to real healthy food and craving fruit (sweet) and yogurt (Literally the sweet addictive animal product due to lactose and casein). But variety does help, there are two dozen cuts of beef you can buy, and hundreds of ways to cook them. Spices and low carb hot sauce keep things fresh if you dont have gastrointestinal issues.

      You're right and wrong there. I have definitely had a long standing sugar addiction, but I really enjoy real healthy food. (I don't see natural greek yoghurt and fruit as unhealthy) I really really enjoy the carnivore way and the real healthy food you refer to until, as I said, 3 days along, I suddenly can't face eating. It's temporary but annoying....

      @@Celeste-dp5ur satiety is both biological and psychological, Dr chaffee frequently says eat until it stops tasting good. With human body is really good at self-regulation and signaling to itself about what it needs. If I'm hungry, The thought of eating two ribeyes and three eggs sounds absolutely delicious. If I actually went through and ate those things, afterwards I psychologically would find the thought of a ribeye completely unnecessary and even off-putting. Craving carbs is nearly independent of that because it is the macro of energy usage and fat storage, so your body has a near limitless capacity to digest and eat it which is why those cravings will never ever stop, Even if your stomach is full, an hour later you could probably fit in another cookie, and repeat that every hour.

      I just felt gassy and bloated with veggies 🤷‍♀️ it’s good to have variety and food you can tolerate. I’m eliminating then adding back and going from there! Thank you I feel like my stubborn fat is finally melting lol 🤎🤎

      There are thousands of testimonies of people of all ages feeling their best on a carnivore diet so I wanted to see what it felt like also. Plants have toxins in them and removing them made me feel 10x better.

      I tried to find the cleanest protein, amzn.to/3VJ5Fh7 I use this one. it dissolves well in warm liquid. The matcha I got from Costco, It's called sen cha. amzn.to/4cn7rd7 Amazon is more expensive! But I hope that helps! I never tried Starbucks one but nothing usually compares to whatever yummy crack is in their drinks haha

    It takes a while to get it right but once you do get it, it’ll get easier everyday. Prioritizing family and starting a new business left me feeling VERY overwhelmed! I had to start owning up to being productive when I wasn’t actually being productive. Actually getting work done instead of scrolling looking for more inspiration. Here are a few tips that help me everyday and I hope they’ll help you too! ✨Plan your week! Set a specific block of time when you can actually get work done, an hour before the kids wake up, an hour after they sleep? Make it happen. ✨Set alarms! I tend to ignore a few throughout the day but I still get most things checked off my list! ✨perfection is overrated! Getting 5 important tasks done is wayyyy more progress than only getting one task done. ✨Simple meals are essential! Cut your cook time in half by only eating meat and fruit.       I don't think you understand how your body works. Your gastric empty would be considered slow and problematic if you had anything in your "gut" after 12 hours. Hence why that's the standard to not eat before surgery.

      @trishatate327 I'm a registered Nurse. I am fully aware of how the gut works. They don't want your STOMACH filled prior to surgery due to risk of aspiration. And apparently you are not aware that there are multiple organs in the digestive tract. Go look up online about how long it takes for red meat to digest from the GI system. Go educate yourself before making an uneducated comeback comment.

      I understand that you’re a nurse but there’s doctors out there that are living on a meat based diet. Dr. Ken berry, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Paul Saladino. Check out Jordan Peterson and his daughter Mikayla Peterson. I’m choosing to live this way and not everyone will agree with it and that’s ok. But to argue with people on the internet is a little unnecessary. Have a good one!

      www.paulsaladinomd.co I would check out Paul Saladino, he explains it all. Most Americans eat a ton of processed foods and sugar, on the animal based diet you don’t. You get carbs and sugar from natural sources like honey and fruit.

      Most people call it Animal based because it’s a specific way to eat that has animal products as a base of the diet and it’s easier to identify when searching for it. Just like carnivore and The lion diet is different. It’s more than just eating unprocessed foods.

      We started just giving them meat first then said when you finish you can have rice or whatever else. If they only have one option and they’re hungry, there’s really no argument. I hope that helps! My two year old still fights with me but my daughter asks for steak at every meal now lol!

    I truly believe that an Animal based diet can heal your gut, depression, weight issues, and anxiety. I started slowly transitioning into this diet about 8 months ago while pregnant, I didn’t get postpartum depression after having my fourth baby, I was severely depressed and had mood swings after all of my previous births. Breast feeding was a nightmare before and I absolutely hated it and had the worst mood swings. This time around I only complain that my nipples are sore from my teething baby 🤣 I’m unbothered and the mood swings are nonexistent. Also my breast milk is thriving on this diet and my baby is not complaining 🤣 she just turned 6 months and can’t fit 12 month old clothes! She’s a chunky thing. I started taking this diet seriously a week ago and have been thriving since, and I already lost 5 lbs. Eliminating processed foods and most vegetables has helped a lot and I suggest you give it a try if you’re struggling with anything I said above. 🤎 I am not a nutritionist or anything, I’m just sharing my journey to postpartum weight loss and recovery and giving my opinion on what has been working for me and a lot of others.     We’re coming up on a new month, that means new opportunities to eat healthier and try out new snacks that don’t contain tons of sugar and artificial flavors. Our family has been transitioning into an Animal Based diet and so far we are loving the simple meals and recipes. My time spent cooking in the kitchen has been cut drastically thanks to the simple meals and I am not complaining, since I do have a 6 month, two year, and 4 year old to tend to at dinner time. I am focusing on my postpartum fitness goals (lose 20 lbs) and to be fit to keep up with my kids.     Great Costco’s haul, but what’s wrong with rice? Millions main staple is rice. 🍚 If it’s washed, soaked and cooked properly it’s a nutritious way to stretch your vegetables and meats. Just asking because after eating tons of quinoa, I finally alternating with rice.

    We’ve definitely come a long way from all the crap we were eating back in Hawaii. Every single meal had to be with rice, tons of additives, and we were eating the wrong kinds of foods that were working against us. We’ve made the switch to mostly eating meat, eggs, fruit, and some rice, pasta or sourdough here and there. Whole Foods, natural foods that make you feel good, and not like a piece of shit.😆 Don’t worry the beef is in the freezer we buy that in bulk! Is anyone else annoyed that ground beef is basically the same price as a whole chuck roast? Anywhoo.. do yourself a favor and watch what you’re eating after seeing this post. Read labels, do some research, listen to your body, stop eating pizza everyday, eat some steak and eggs, and more meaty meals!
