I just returned my speedy 25 for this problem. I tried the candle wax method and it worked for a couple days. But I’ve had the bag for 2 weeks and the force I had to use on the zipper was starting to show wear on the metal zipper pull…after using it only twice. For what these cost it’s shameful. I have $30 bags that have amazing zippers so there’s just no excuse.
