Oh no, I didn't know Oliver had gone! I knew he was getting treatment and had been unwell, based on the announcements and the 'TH-cam Telethon' he posted a short while ago, but I didn't know he had died. To me he was a legend who seemed to passionately care and for featuring some of the items he did, we should all be appreciative. It is true to say that I didn't see everything that was posted by him, but some really great things that I thought I'd never see again, for sure! As with most things it was a case of pick and choose, as there were some things I didn't want to see - not just because they had to be edited down for copyright/content match reasons, but for other reasons too. I, also, hope his channel will continue and there won't be any reason for it to be stopped or closed down. I also hope there'll be more great content added (if possible) some time in the future too; as I'm sure there were lots more he was planning on posting, etc, if he could do so. Anyway, I'll leave this comment here, as I don't want to make it too long; I think it already is and I've said what I felt I wanted to.

I was so devastated when Roger and Andy left, that i sort of stopped following them for awhile. When Roger and Andy came back i was so thrilled, and the disappointed when Andy left. I wish they would ask Dom to join the group full time.

I seem to recall that the album starts with the camera shutter sound and that on the last remaster you could hear it quietly before the track properly started. Not sure if i am describing that well but is this the same? Sounds like it will be. Remember it was a bit annoying and not present on the original.

Fantastic album bought when it was released as well as the singles and 12" versions and saw the Rio tour. As an album from a-z it is a stunner and I've listened to this album continuous since then. The Chauffeur imho is a fantastic ending track just as Tel Aviv was on the first and not Is there something I should know as some people think. It was added to early mid price releases if I'm correct.

The CA in this video is one of the main BBC Two CA's - Becky Wright. I do believe that she recorded BBC One's links that night, whilst also being live on BBC Two, much like 15th & 29th April 2006. I think she took over the CA (who worked from 1:40pm-6:00pm) from 7:00pm onwards.

Before the trailer and the junction (w/Phil Vowels as the CA), what looks like to be BBC's Presfax is used.

I'm still working on a Network Release list, but life has intervened; so I'm not making a lot of progress at the moment. There were almost 5,000 items released and at the time of writing I've only got 861 of these listed. I don't know if the 5,000 items includes complete series and films, or not; but I'm still working on it; albeit slowly. I'm using a variety of sources as I don't have anywhere near the number of released items, and, as a lot of the releases are no longer available, I also have to keep in mind different versions of releases and catalogue numbers etc. [I'm not including any of the 'new' reissues via Old Gold Media either, just the Network ones]. Hopefully I'll update again soon.

Hope of Deliverance is a great song and went to number one in Germany and very close in the Netherlands. I agree the single tracks are better than some of the album but you forgot that 'Off the Ground' was also released as a title single and has some fantastic songs on that including Sweet Sweet Memories and Style Style (very bouncy uplifting tracks) and the entire version of the awesome Cosmically Conscious. I think my favourite track on the album would have to be 'The Lovers That Never Were'. In fact probably my favourite collabroation between McCartney and Costello alonside My Brave Face (From Flowers in the Dirt) and Veronica (from Costello's album Spike). Thanks for posting
